Just visited this subway as it's nearest to my home in Pelican Point. Horrible service! I asked the lady making my 2 sandwiches if she could please heat the chicken up before putting it on the sandwich. She says "it'll heat up when it's toasted", I then say to her, "I understand that, however I'd like the chicken heated before it's toasted", she then replies, "your chicken is going to taste burnt"! I told her that's ok, I do this all the time, then she looks at me and says, that gonna cost you....... I asked her cost me what? Will it cost me extra? She responds with a nasty attitude, don't worry about it. My receipt did in fact equal more than it should have, however i can't read it because the ink is almost out, so I have no idea what I was charged for. She was extremely rude, and I won't be back. Read moreI have avoided this location for the last year. I went twice before and the servive is terrible. I've been there a total of three times in the last 12 months and the same worker is constantly on the phone speaking with someone while servicing you. This is very unprofessional. I stopped there today only for 3 chocolate chip cookies which they did have. So, I purchased two macadamia cookies instead. I grabbed my cookie bag off of the counter and discovered it to be extremely light; she cashed-out the order and went into the back but never placed the cookies in my bag. Read moreThis location used to be one of the better places, but they have really gotten worse in service. The employees attitudes towards customers and the quality of the food itself is really bad. How does subway offer fresh ingredients but not have them avaliable? Out of lettuce? Tomatoes? Those are some of your most important things that customers want, and to ask them to compromise and buy anyway? That’s just unacceptable.
