Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

Two chances too many to earn my respect as a good local business and my repeat business. We were one of two couples dining in late afternoon. The order was completely wrong, just as it was the first time we went. When i brought the tray back to the counter and explained the error, the cashier, who was having text messages explained across the counter to her by another lady, looked at the register and said "well it wasn't in my end, the problem is back there" before she left with the other girl and walked out the door. One of the girls from the back took my receipt and apologized. I went and sat down to wait on the corrected order. After a while of waiting, a girl came out to dump trash. She walked by and stopped and said, "hey, have y'all still not received your food? I am so sorry." She went and asked for us. The girl that took my receipt and never returned it leaned around the corner and asked me AGAIN what the order was. I told her its on the receipt you took. Anyway, finally got our disappointing potions and got out of there. Will never return to this poorly managed establishment. I went here last Friday night, store is new so I had very high expectations, extremely upset , when we pulled up to the drive thru, it was 11 pm, we were quickly told to please hold, there was about 3 other cars, and 2 were parked on the side waitin for there order, customers are now walking up to the drive thru window to find out where there order is, so after 10 minutes of waiting, the employee takes are order, and I ordered 4 menu items and 1 drink, I had to repeat my order 5 times because she didn’t know what she was doing! After she finally got my order completely, we pull up and pay , she gave me the wrong drink I ordered and asked for me to hand it back, that’s not a big issue to me mistakes happen but I had already repeated my order to her 5 times before and had been waiting a while,that so I was already upset.Finally got my order it is now 11:45, it took 45 mins for a drive thru order, completely unreal, after all that we pull away and the food was cold and completely thrown together, I will try this location again soon in hopes that it was a one time thing, but I had high hopes because this was a new location and brand new that the service would be...

5 Months since the below "11 Month" review. It's gotten a lot better. More like a Taco Bell should be. Moving from one start to four. Drive Thru can get a little backed up at noon, but that's to be expected here. Employees have been friendly and food comes out pretty quick.

11 Months later, same deal... Tried it today, took 20 minutes to get food. Will update if it gets better. Note: If you can get to the drive through five minutes before noon before everybody else lines up, you can get in an out pretty quick. But the same 30 minute rule below.

If you work in the St Rose area, read this. As we don't have many places to eat if you only have a 30 minute lunch, do not come here. They take 15 to 20 minutes to get your food out and you will be late returning to work. I've been testing the new site monthly since it opened and they tend to have new staff every time, and the wait time has not improved. I like Taco Bell and I want to like this one, but their attitude and wait times are making it...
