Village Station at Roundabout — Restaurant in Louisiana

I don’t know the name of the big, short, blonde girl. She has been extremely rude 2 days in a row. First time she was too busy having conversations with other people than to worry about our transaction. We had 4 drinks and she never offered a bag to carry our items. Today she let someone she knows cut in front of everyone in line. There is a sign that says to “wait here to check out” but some old lady slipped in front of us, and the blonde girl knew we were waiting, she’d looked at us twice before the lady showed up. She allowed this lady to cut the whole line. We put our items on the front table and left. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BIG BLONDIE!!!! She was rude to us 6/15 and let someone cut the line when we were waiting as we should’ve been 6/16 @ 7:20am. Never...

This place is normally a great experience. It has a variety of items including good food. Except for today I was ignored by a blond lady that saw me waiting to point my food order out but, took another customer before me like I was invisible. I don't know what that was about, but I won't judge the whole establishment on her shoddy behavior. I just hope she doesn't mar the customer service rating for everyone else. Next time I will see the manager. This is really a nice place to get knick knacks and souvenirs, or just buy a drink...

I went there to purchase gasoline for my Weed eater and blower, and I had put my 2 cycle engine oil into my gallon container and started pumping the gas into it. Turns out, the pump was faulty because the little latch or lever, or whatever that keeps the pump going was engaged, and I never engaged it. And I ended up with a gas spill, and I lost all the oil and gas that I purchased. It was not even offered to be reimbursed. So I do not...
