My family orderes pizza from here at least 1-2 times a month. Our experience is normally decent, like any normal pizza place. Well this time we ordered the same thing as always. It's seriously saved on my profile. When the pizza arrived Maycie was very nice she just didn't read the order off to me which I found unusual but I figured it was okay as we haven't had an issue before. When I came inside and opened the pizzas for my grandparents the order was completely wrong. There was supposed to be a pepperoni bacon well done that was only cheese. A feta and Cheeder pizza that was NOT supposed to be well done but it was. We had ordered 2 garlic butters that didn't come with the pizza. So my papaw called and complained like any dissatisfied customer would. David answered the phone and wouldn't really even let my papaw speak he just said he would get a manager and placed my papaw on hold mid sentence. HIGHLY RUDE AND NOT ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work in a call center and would never interrupt a patient and place them on unacceptable hold just because I didn't want listen to them. My papaw is a highly christan man and does not cuss so it's not like he was being rude to David, he was only trying to explain about why he was unsatisfied. Then the manager Becky picked up the phone after a couple minutes. She was okay and tried to be professional, just she kept calming it was our fault. Not exactly those words, just that "we need to double check our orders" and things along those lines. Wouldnt accept that it could of been an error in their system, only that it was our accident. They offered to replace the one pizza but made it clear they would not do it again. I would understand if my order was messed up on my phone, but it clearly showed light sauce, bacon and pepperoni, well done. #2 feta and cheedar not well done. 2 garlic butters. Needless to say I honestly think we will be taking our business else where just for the simple fact that David was highly rude and Becky didn't want to clam responsiblity for her store. Thank you Becky for the second order being correct I just wish that there did not need to be a second order and your store employee was not so...
Read moreAs the truck driver, It is very common for us to order pizzas, And when we order a pizza it is usually from a business we are parking front of, I attempted to order a pizza this evening from Domino's, I give this young lady my address where I was located at a car wash, Located at 3203 ALcora hwy, I explained that I was in a well lit parking lot, that I was hungry and needed to order some food, as a over the road trucker, its difficult to find parking for our big rigs, this place is absolutely a trucker hater, they were extremely rude, and they refused service to not only a trucker who probably delivered the toilet paper she used to whipe her bottom with and the food she eats, oh lets not forget her clothes she wears, ir and the car she drives needs gas , I can assure you that a trucker made it possible for her, lets not forget the pizza ingredients they use ,all Delivery by truckers. Just maybe the some my driver delivery in their next products will not make it their, And there will be forced to shut down, This is pure discrimination. In light of the fact that there was a Domino's delivery driver here earlier today I find this highly prejudicial, And I will be following a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Gear self a favor and do not support this business since they do not support truck drivers who make America's infrastructure...
Read moreThey do a good job. Even when extremely busy. All the deals are there. Pizza tracker is on point. The store/restaurant even has a spot (designed for kids but nothing says a grown man can't watch a pizza) where a person can compare the pizza tracker info with what is going on. This really is only helpful to a point. I've only ever used this pizza bakery for carry out. They don't deliver to my area but are on the route I take home most of the time. So it isn't difficult to pull over, order a meal using a phone (website, call, or probably an app). I just use the website and my mobile. Often enough the store is so busy that calling to speak with someone costs a lot of time. Additionally their system is so strongly setup to use the internet to place orders it seems wasteful to call. All of that being said I haven't had any issue stopping at a gas station or any other place, making an order, and collecting it on my way home. Just walk inside, pay, and keep on going. Never a bad experience. And everyone there is always working fast and efficiently. To the extent of wonder. "Why are they working together so well? Why does this harmony exist?". Hey, that is beyond me. I just want to get home and eat some pizza. ...
