Love this place. When my friends visit from out of town, I always bring them here. The workers are all so friendly and always want to help. The food is so good. The wait is short. The food is perfect and hot. The tables are comfortable. The restaurant is always clean. Highly recommend! I usually bring a light jacket or long sleeved shirt. Sometimes the AC is working really well. Or I'm seated right under a vent. Brrrr Lol.
Update: Yesterday was my birthday. I had an issue that I never want to think about again.
This was my first birthday with my dad. He asked what I was planning to do so I told him what I enjoy every year. My husband takes me to my favorite Mexican restaurant and then we eat whatever dessert I want at home. He wanted his gf and him to go to the supper and wanted to pay for it. So I allowed him to. He made a comment to the waiter about it being my birthday. I told them no to the song and dance thing. After I finished eating they did not honor my request. They put the large sumbraro on my head and started singing. While I was completely mortified about all the attention I covered the majority of my face in the large hat. One of the waiters reached up with a cool whip filled napkin and smeared it in my face. The shift from being mortified shifted to terror. They left my side within a minute of the cool whip delivery. I took off the hat and for the next 5 minutes cleaned up the mess with napkin. Blowing my nose and clearing my eyes. I am sad to report that I will never go back. I...
Read moreWe had dinner there Friday evening and was a very disappointing experience . The food was cold I had steak fajitas which should come to your table sizzling. Not only were they not sizzling but they were cool to the touch and looked as if they had sat around to the point of looking dried out. The rice and beans were cold as well. My husband had the gianta burrito with steak chicken and shrimp which was also cold and even after he requested the server to warm it , it still came back barely warm. The salsa was sour tasting to the point that we thought it tasted spoiled. The servers were plentiful yet they were literally running back and forth from tables to kitchen also the food came so quickly to the table you had to wonder how they even had time to prepare it . It was a very rushed atmosphere. Two dinners and a pitcher of beer was $49. Way over priced for cold food . There are many Mexican restaurants in this area to tolerate such terrible food at...
Read moreDisappointing. Quantity of menu items is high, but quality and service were low. The most important things - salsa, queso and guacamole, the trinity hallmark of a Mexican restaurant, were at or below average. The queso was watery and bland. The salsa was average, nothing special. The guacamole seemed storebought and had little taste. One of the entrees was wrong and had to be sent back. The waiter seemed annoyed with my questions about what came with my order and left without explaining, shaking his head. The fajitas came without the fixings that they were supposed to include. Pros: bathroom was decent, decorations were nice, and it seemed...
