Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisville

We ordered a pizza from this Pizza Hut at 3:45 -the only one who will deliver here. It said delivery by 4:15. At 4:45 we started looking for it. I started trying to call about it, but it puts you on hold then hangs up on your. By 5:25 after making numerous calls just trying to cancel the order, and being hung up over an dover, I drove over to the store. Just as I got there mom called and said the delivery guy got here. He said he had left the store about 5pm, and "he just delivers and he didn't complaints, did we want it or not." We said no, since we'd given up and eaten other stuff by then. You can't go into the store. Several people came out of the store, no masks, and told me since they just started their shift, it wasn't them. Eventually a "manager" came out, again no mask, kept walking up close, got offended when I told her she wasn't wearing a mask and mom had cancer so she needed to stand back, and as I repeated for a third or fourth time that I had spent almost half an hour on hold and been hung up on by a live person at that store twice in the 10 minutes before that, (someone specifically answered "Amy Avenue") she began to yell about how she's a person, I'm being so rude so she can't help me, I don't want to be happy, all I wanted to do was complain, and since I was at the store, I wouldn't be at home to GET the pizza, so it was my fault. She couldn't refund the card without having it in her hand, and she was done talking to me, even though a coworker tried to tell her otherwise and she told him she didn't want to hear it.

I try really really hard not to be a Karen, but this was freaking ridiculous. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company if they don't reverse it, and I've left feedback with corporate, but since my daughter lives a few blocks away and had extremely similar issues several times with this store, I figured people should be warned. She and we all will be doing pick up only from the Broadway store if we ever get desperate for pizza again. I can't give them less than one star, but if I could, I'd give them 5...

Initially I was going to leave a bad review. I ordered a big dinner box on Saturday 9-18-21at about 3pm in the afternoon my card was charged but 2 hours later my delivery had still not arrived. I called, explained what was going on and was asked to hold and after being placed on hold I was hung up on. I tried again about an hour later where I got the same results, asked to hold and hung up on. I waited another hour and this time the phone was answered with, “we’re closed” and I was hung up on. I decided to try again the next day in hopes that whatever issues they were having would not be an issue on a new day but unfortunately on Sunday no one ever answered the phone after several attempts and waiting on hold for 20 min. On Monday I called and spoke to a lady I believe was the manager who apologized more than once for everything that had happened over the weekend, refunded my money and also had my order made and delivered. She turned my opinion of this location completely around and stopped me from filing a formal complaint. I understand sometimes things go wrong but most people understand this and are willing to overlook an issue if they are treated with respect and understanding. After she made me feel that I am a valued customer and went to an effort to rectify and apologize for the weekends fiasco I am once again a happy patron of the Amy...

This place is the rudest n worst place to order from....We're at a place called dismas charities we spent 300$ with them they messed up 4 pizza n sent pizzas we never ordered they never sent our cinabons and never brung 3 big dinner boxes. On top of that I tried to pay for a certain order with my card they said it declined so I paid in cash but when I checked my card they still took money off the manager cursed us so bad n was so disrespectful and told us we are not getting no money back or no pizzas cause he sent them all out and right which was a lie I will be calling cooperate and they will never receive our money again night shift manager on 4/25/20 around 5:18pm n Daniel was the other disrespectful person on phone
