Let's be honest here...there's 17 other reviews, most of them bad, but in real world statistics there's a 90-10 chance that someone who happened to have a bad experience is going to post something about it. If the store receives the order on their screen properly and on the correct time then they make it. This was explained to my friend and I. They also have to deal with a call center whom they have no direct contact with nor control over so it is not the store to blame necessarily for their incompetence which I agree leaving someone on hold and forced to go to the store in bad weather was not in my best idea. They do what they can. As explained to me a driver may be able to handle 4 orders per hour AT BEST! This means getting there and back in 15 minutes which includes time to make the order. If they have 3 drivers and 20 orders to take then chances are that one or two may have to run through the oven later than originally planned. Staff has changed over the last year to better people anyways that I have seen and it even has been stated to me that the store went from top 20 to top 3 in the area which is reviewed by the owners so they have to be doing a great job!...
Read moreBad, really bad. Arrived after my order was supposed to be ready, sat waiting in curbside for 5 mins after I said I was there - with a sick toddler when they brought out part of my order. I had called twice and the phone would ring but then go to hold. When I asked about the rest I was told it was crazy in there and to come back in about 30 mins. I asked them to call me when it was ready, by this time it was 15mins past when it said ready for pickup. I tried to call several times and it would not ring, dial tone like I was getting a fax number. After 45 mins I went back when I couldn’t get an answer and went inside. Received the other part of my order which was messed up and incorrect. I empathize with them being understaffed everyone is, including my employer. But “shutting everything down” (phone system) as they put it, and ignoring customers is really bad. Issue refunds at least so people can go get something else to eat. The young lady was very apologetic but this seems to be the norm there as I wasn’t the only upset customer. Needs better...

I left my house for the store right after I placed the order and it took me 5 minutes at most to get there. When I arrived 5 minutes after placing the order my pizza was somehow already ready and waiting in the warming oven. There is absolutely no way a fresh pizza can be prepared and fully cooked in five minutes. Even more evidence is that I ordered a flavored crust and the pizza I was given had plain crust. I'm fairly certain they just put toppings on an old pizza and stuck it in the warming oven. I called the store twice and they gave me the run around and put me on hold. Don't go to...
