White Castle — Restaurant in Louisville

So this may be lengthy and very disappointing. I arrived in the drive through at 11:45 and did not leave the drive through until 1:00. The employees seem distracted and a unusal behavior. The guy working the drive through was only taking one order at a time. Because he was doing this the wait time was extremely long. People was driving off, I stuck around just to see how this was going to play out. There was a guy asking to wash or wipe off your car why you wait, a man walking up to cars asking for money, and females walking up to cars and getting in doing what ever. This was so unusual and even the guy on the drive through window seem fishy and his behavior was suspicious. Once we got to the window and paid for our food we had to wait again a len8 time. I watch closely to see what was happening. A guy laughing l? Horse playing, and seem to be more interested in holding a conversation. He was fixing food on the register and never changed his gloves so not like White Castle's. Afrer waiting almost a hour we finally for our food rhat was thrown in the bag. The quality of the food well just say I could not even eat it because it had a funny taste. I am so disappointed and very upset about how this company will let this type of behavior happen. There was no excuse for the wait time when there was a entire crew that could have helped. I will never return and ic I could give no stars I would. Lets just say that one star is for the hot fries. Clean it up...

White Castle has stepped their game up. everyday or every week or every month it seemed like they adding something new to the menu . And that's a good thing now this is not one of my favorite places I just like some of the things that have on that menu. I noticed that they are catering more to people that eat different things other than those White Castles. I love that chicken rings of eggs they had some chicken and waffles I haven't been there in a few weeks I'm not sure if they still have those or not but they were delicious. I'm going there tomorrow so I'm going to edit this post if they still have those chicken and waffles I'm going to give you five stars . I should have did my view right after I ate there that day. I'm so over McDonald's and Wendy's they're not doing a lot of new stuff they're not catering to different...

We went there for Valentine's Day, we got the reservation, did the table service, the whole 9. I went with my friend because we're both single and why not? Also, they'd never ever been to White Castle, and how you live in Louisville and have never been to White Castle is beyond me, but needless to say, now they have, and they loved it! So did I, btw.
