Firehouse Pizza of Lovelady — Restaurant in Lovelady

We just ordered pizza and cheese sticks from this sorry excuse of a restaurant. I hit the call button on the Google page only to get there and be told by a very rude owner, that I had called another location. So we then said well we need a large pizza and cheese sticks. And this is where his great customer service comes in. I was told he owned the other location and could not take the twenty dollar loss. He expected us to drive 8 minutes north is all. So I needed to make a sixteen minute round trip, completely the opposite direction from where we are staying. So instead of breaking even he loses his twenty dollars and any future business we would have given. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE STARTS AT THE TOP AND WORKS ITS WAY...

Was in there tonight and I will never go there again. First off the waitress had an attitude after I asked for a rootbeer and she told me they were out so I asked what they had mind you it don't list them on menue then we ordered the Firehouse supreme without olives or mushrooms on half then it took over an hour for them to get it out and when it did come out I ask what half didn't have olives and mushrooms (even though it was clear it all had olives and mushrooms but she stud rith there and waved her hands around and saying oh this don't I said no it all does she just walked away. So I don't get to eat and still have to go elsewhere to get me something and I will never eat there again or should I say give...

When you order a pizza that you gave delivered , 9rdered @ 5:30, when it wasn't here by 6:44, you drive 11 miles into town to find out your pizza was supposedly on it's way to my house, had my order redone, no charge, but it was 7:15 before my order was taken 7:30 when I left 7:44 when I got home opened the box and my order was WRONG.They put pepperoni on my CB, hamburger, bo,go, mushrooms, No bell peppers but pepperoni. I don't eat them, they are nasty tasting and upset my stomachs. I figured she had suffered enough. Plus I want to speak to the owner. Because we use to eat there a few times a month, but...
