Amazing. Everything I have tried has been a delight. Cinnamon rolls, churro rice Krispy treats (can I buy a pan of them???), sourdough brown butter cookies, strawberry crisp focaccia, sourdough loaves in various flavors.

I am extremely picky when it comes to sweets and prefer to make my own, but she nails the textures and flavors. The cookies have a fresh out of the oven consistency. The browned butter adds a light, nutty flavor. I love that her sweet treats are not overwhelmingly sweet or that the flavor isn't just "sweet." I am absolutely hooked! Nothing beats a fresh loaf of bread, especially when you also get to support a local business. If you're eyeing something, it's best to pre-order as she can sell out of specialty things quick! And I get why.

What a great find! A classy self-serve stand. I just made 2 fantastic pizzas with her sourdough pizza crusts. I followed the directions and baked them in a preheated 450 degree F. oven on a pizza stone (1 at a time). I brushed the edges of the crusts with olive oil & sprinkled them with granulated garlic. I used Carbone pizza sauce, Galbani (lactose free) mozzarella cheese, Boar's head pepperoni, and a few bits of garden fresh green peppers and San Marzano tomatoes. You can't buy a better pizza anywhere in town! I will be sure to order ahead (by text, her preferred method) next...

I googled "good pastries near me" and this place popped up, I checked it out and figured that this is better than going to a big name place, shop local and small my friends! I ended up getting a Sourdough Loaf, Rocky Road Sourdough Cookie, Peach Cobbler Scone and a few Banana Crumb Muffins. I think I like the muffin are my favorite but everything else was pretty tasty too! It was pretty easy to pay with the multiple digital payment options to choose from and it was easy to understand.
