Reignbow Bites Custom Cakery, LLC — Restaurant in Loveland

I recently contacted several bakeries including our local stores of meijer, kroger, and Walmart requesting a special order cake or cupcakes be done for my son's birthday. In the process, not only were the customer service Representatives rude, none could fulfill my order. I figured one last try and I would call a local loveland, Ohio bakery. I looked at her website and Facebook page and the reviews that she received first. She won all kinds of awards, and I was hesitant to call figuring she would not even have time or want to mess with my order. I decided to go ahead and give it a try and she returned my call immediately. In expressing my concerns and my request she immediately said she could fulfill that order even though she was booked out for the next year. I was completely surprised and felt very privileged .She kept in constant contact with me, giving me updates and checking in with me upon when this would be due. The week prior she touched base with me. I picked up my order and was completely shocked at the expertise and complete perfection that she had done with my order. I gave these cupcakes to my son, and he took numerous pictures! Now to the taste! They were the best cupcakes I have ever had in my life! Everyone in the family completely agreed! They were exquisite and so beautifully done. If I could give her more than five stars I surely would! I was so happy with this order that she completed for me, and the absolute perfection that she did, I requested that she do my youngest son's wedding cake! It also was a special order. To my delight she completed the order! She gave me instructions on how to transport this, as it was going over 3 hours away! She also gave me instructions on how to cut it so as to accommodate all of the guests, and decorating of placement for the cake and cupcakes. Upon arrival, the bride and groom were completely ecstatic and could not believe the perfection at which it was done to their request. All of those attending, surrounded the cake and took numerous pictures, it was too beautiful to cut into! She also did cupcakes in the theme of the cake that the bride requested. This was absolutely delicious, and all agreed that this was the most beautiful and tasteful cake they had ever ate. The third order i placed, a Christmas cupcake bouquet, was the most stunning and beautiful of all decorations i have ever seen. Pinecones, poinsettia, greenery and pearls! I must also mention, I purchased Pies for thanksgiving, jams, apple butter and candy coated pecans in-between my other orders, and all were fantastic. She sources all of her ingredients locally, gluten and dye free. I cannot recommend this bakery enough. If you want the absolute best, tasteful, professional, exceptional designs, and healthiest of all sweets, 😆, for your family and loved ones, you will discover this local talent and devine taste, and be a repeat customer, as am I. I am completely honored to have found her and her tasty treats. She goes out of her way to do whatever custom designs and tastes you want and need, and meet your time requirements. Erika Vaught created beautifully decorated cupcakes and coordinating cake for our son's wedding. Many guests commented they looked like works of art and were sending photos to friends and posting on social media during the wedding because they were so impressed' They aren't just intricately designed edible art-they were DELICIOUS! Erika uses the best quality ingredients, including eggs from her own chickens, the best butter, REAL fruit fillings she creates herself and it makes the end result NEXT LEVEL! The wedding coordinator commented that it was one of the best cakes she ever had at any event! Besides being pleased with the baked goods, Erika was an absolute pleasure to work with; she truly listened to our vision and was excited to use her creative talents to bring that vision to life! Erika was wonderful to work with—so friendly and easy to communicate with, and you can just tell she truly takes pride in her homestead bakery. The quality of the ingredients really came through in the taste, and everything looked stunning too.

We ordered both chocolate and rainbow cupcakes, and a gorgeous tie-dye rainbow cake that wowed everyone when we cut into it. Erika’s attention to detail and creativity made it all feel extra special. The whole process—from ordering to pickup—was smooth and stress-free.
