I want to start by saying I get it, mistakes happen. But who ever ADRIANA is yall need to get her out of handling customers. I don’t know if she’s young and doesn’t know how to speak to people. I tried explaining what my issue was and she spoke over me multiple times in a rude tone. Even raised her voice at me. She refused to take any form of responsibility for what happened when she is the one who took my order as that is what she stated happened. When I ordered I ordered two salads. Said I would pay for a full tray meaning to cover the whole tray in veggies. I WILL PAY EXTRA BECAUSE THE MONEY WASNT AN ISSUE. Something is messed up on my order AGAIN though and to top it off I got charged wrong. She said she wrote extra on the ticket, I’m sure she didn’t as I wasn’t charged for it. Also want to add that I know for a FACT there is supposed to be a manager on duty, I was told there wasn’t one which is weird to me but makes sense why things keep getting messed up since there “wasn’t one on duty”… but as I have worked fast food myself and understand fully when mistakes happen; when it’s repetitive it gets frustrating, and every time it happens it’s HER. Get better customer service please. I’m not leaving this review because I know her. Because I really do not know her, but when you can’t even charge me right (because I ended up getting charged for someone else’s dinner) you’re basically messing with MY MONEY. And I get yall don’t care because it’s not YOUR MONEY or YOUR FOOD you’re eating but when a customer makes a basic request while they know fully they’ll have to pay extra for it. Just...

We stopped in today on our way home back to Texas. Got a cheeseburger, fries, onion rings, and some tea. The burger was really good. Patty was perfectly seasoned, onion rings were delicious! I wish the fries were cooked just a little longer, but they weren't bad. The tea was surprisingly good.

The girls that took my order over the phone, and helped us when we arrived were so friendly, and just amazing.

Only reason I have it. a 4** is because the mc cheese. IDK it's like the noodles and cheese made separately or something. But OMGOSH tg Chicken Fry and Beef jerky is SOOOOO GOOD.
