Catering By Enrico's — Restaurant in Lower Alloways Creek Township

I ordered takeout around 4pm on a Saturday and I was told it would take an hour. I completely understood since the restaurant is only open 3 days a week and it is the only restaurant in the area. I arrived a little past an hour and proceeded to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was there. When I told them that I was there to pick up my order, they said they would get to it soon. The place was very chaotic since they only have 1 person waiting tables and working the register, 1 person gathering and running the to-go orders and 2 people cooking. After about 15 minutes my order came out. I went to the car and checked my order to find that they only gave me 1 of the 2 entrees that I ordered. I went back in and eventually flagged down the person who checked me out. They grabbed my missing entree and I left. When I got home, I realized they forgot the garlic bread to go with the spaghetti and meatballs order. The salad was a tiny handful of field greens, a slice of cucumber and a few shredded carrots. The Italian sub didn't have any oil on it so it was dry and the meatballs had no flavor. I can't say that I will be going back. Waited an hour for a simple cheesesteak and fries cause the waitress could not tell me what kind of vegetables were in the veggie lasagna special. The cashier/manager came to table and did not apologize but asked if we had been there before and told us that everything is made to order and they are backed up from take out orders. (Well I'm thinking all restaurants are made to order) I found her explanation to be Insulting. We get the food and its salty and in baskets like flea market food.... $10 dollar cheese steak sandwich in a basket instead of a plate. And a bug was crawling around in my fries. The food is excellent but ordering take out is stressful. We order about 2 times a week and about half the time our order is lost or wrong. We ordered tonight and we're told it would be a 40 minute wait. My husband goes in to pick it up and the lady behind the counter says I never placed the order. She argued with him about it.....and I believe she did because I've seen her argue with other customer's, one nearly leaving on tears. Later when I called she said they found the order but it's to late to go back so we cancelled it. We won't be visiting again for awhile, they obviously don't need...
