Jerry's Custard — Restaurant in Lower Burrell

Stopped at Jerry’s custard for a large cherry milkshake, and a chiller for my girlfriend. Got home while finishing this shake the cherries in the milkshake were at the bottom of the milkshake. As I chewed one of the cherries I bit into a seed. Jerry’s custard, be careful what you put into your milkshakes. Although the seed is a natural thing, had I broke my tooth on it, you would’ve had a natural lawsuit and I’m sure you have liability insurance. The last time something like this happened to me, was at McDonald’s. And a piece of the metal french fry drainer screen fell into the french fries sold to me, stabbing me in the roof of my mouth as I chewed them. The medical bills were extensive and McDonald’s had to pay them. I’m sure the same thing would happen to you had I broke a tooth on the seed of the cherry that was put in your milkshake. I saved the seed also, in case you want to see the proof of this faulty...

Jerry's is a nice place to go to sit and relax on a beautiful day in this fast paced world, and eat some delicious ice cream. The lot is set up with tables and a gazebo, so your family can sit out and enjoy it, instead of the kids messing up your car. They have delicious, creamy, homemade ice creams and yogurt. I have not tried their food yet, but everyone who has, told me it's pretty good. It's always nice to see their "Opening Soon" sign up in March, which means Spring is right around the corner, because they close down in late November. The staff are always friendly, and Jerry is a very kind and sweet man. I am glad we live close, but it's definitely worth a trip for you...

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! They have ONE person working.. I stood there for 15 minutes while he came up to the window twice and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there!! I know what it's like to be understaffed and busy but there was only one other person there and how hard is it to be courteous and Atleast tell someone, " I'm sorry for the wait, but I'll get to you as soon as possible"?? Took me seconds to write, & speaking is even faster. Poorly run establishment.. not gonna make it too far if this is your plans for the future.. only good thing we're the prices.. so disappointed. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK NOR RECOMMEND...
