EMBER — Restaurant in Lower Mount Bethel Township

We decided to try Ember last night (5 pm on a sat night) It was not very busy at first but soon enough it was filled with hungry customers. The food was delicious! Service was ok. Our apps came out not real warm although we thought they could be delicious when hot because they were pretty good at room temp! We ordered fried mozzarella, fried beans (to die for, especially w/ spicy ranch dip!) And fried Mac&cheese. Our dinners were also very good, tuna melt, hot wings (pretty spicy!) And chicken fingers. Fries were great! We wish the owners many new customers and we are excited to have a local place to go to regularly! The service was slow but we didn't have anywhere else to go and wanted to give them a try. I hope things improve so others will appreciate a local place, BUT THE FOOD IS...

Ordered a chicken sandwich been waiting 1hr+ for it as I was waiting saw cook drop chicken from fridge on floor then put back into fridge. No one ever mentioned there would be a 1hr+ min wait nor is the service very good at all. I get good food takes time but it’s apparent this place isn’t being ran right. They did offer me a refund but that was at the 60inch mark and told me it would be a little longer still. And for a simple chicken sandwich it was meh. It’s unfortunate cause it has potential but I would bet it’s going to be like the last 12 places that were in this location beforehand unless they get it...

We gave Ember a whirl tonight. We heard mixed reviews so figured we would all decide for ourselves. All in all, we had 4 great meals (and a pizza to go). The service was fast. Food was fresh and hot. The waffle fries were crispy. And it's BYOB (beer and wine only). We will be back to try...
