Subway — Restaurant in Lubbock

I was grabbing a late dinner so I decided Subway the one inside the Love's off of i-27 it's closest to me get there and there's a lady there scrubbing the floor we walk in and she ugh when we walked in total what kind of bread and she asked us what we wanted we told oven roasted turkey and a cold cut combo well since she's had an attitude she made an order wrong instead of turkey she put chicken instead of cold cut she made tuna then she says do you want it no that's not what we ordered ask for two of the pizza roll she only made one my little girl asked for cheese sauce and she said she didn't have any so she took it upon herself to ask my little girl do you want ranch and was persistent asking her no she wanted cheese sauce but she didn't get it she was rude not professional at a service did listen to our orders had an attitude the whole time and yeah sorry to say but this Subway really sucks if you don't like your job find something else and I will be reporting this tomorrow morning to the manager and yes August 9th 2025 and I went in about 1:00 a.m. and it was just bad service all the way around and I'm not sure what her name was was Mary or Marty something like that on her name tag she was a African American lady...

If I could give them no stars , I would. This location is located inside a truck stop . It is SUPPOSED to be open 24 hours a day. This is convenient for truckers and people working odd hours. For the past two days it has not been open at night. Last night we came in the door and waited and waited after 30 minutes , I asked a cashier if anyone was working in the Subway...he said no. There was no sign or anything. Tonight there is a sign that says closed till 12:00 am . The food was still UNCOVERED.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I WILL NOT BE BACK. This is the worst subway ever. Staff took a 30 minute break which I waited. She never came back afterwards. She avoided 3 people and I had to wait close to an hour just to get her attention. They had no steak, lettuce looks nasty af, cheese was no good so I had to pick a different one and the staff didn’t look like she cared at all. Also found a hair on the wrapping.
