Open Door Cafe — Restaurant in Ludlow

We were looking for a place to watch the Bills game while on the road from Providence to Saratoga Springs and stumbled upon this place. What a find. The chef came out to tell us that there was no pork and no chicken because of the weather (couldn't smoke!). Although disappointed, I had chili nachos and my partner had two chili dogs and homemade chips. Both were delish! The bartender was friendly and fun. The place doesn't serve food , but they do have a snack machine. 6 pool tables that are decent. And one of the pool tables can convert to a ping-pong table top which is free. They have a change machine which is cool to get quarters quickly. The vibe is low-key and the drinks aren't too...

No food service any more but a customer can bring their own food in..( Cumberland Farms closes at 10 pm next door) place has total potential but management does not use 3/4 of it...still nice place... a nice hole in the wall!!! Respectfully submitted by...
