Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Lufkin

This place was dirty, musty. The soda machine looked disgusting. The manager was back there dressed like a high school student! Half the staff look like children and they all looked high! The first Jumbo Jack I received had an abnormally soggy bun. And was super messy! I got up from the table to return it and ask for another. And before I could make it to the counter another lady came inside from the drive-thru to have her meal remade. As she left she whispered to never eat here. Smh When I asked to have my burger remade the young man who was cooking the food looked at me and told me he would eat it. Then remade my burger. Just as sloppy as before. This time on a stale hard bun. And when I got the sandwich it was cold! Instead of losing my s* on a bunch of little kids. I just got up and walked out. Went to the corner store and bought a bag of chips. I literally lost my appetite in there. It's my personal opinion that no one working there deserves a job. Serving any type of food ever again. Smh

The food is usually fairly good, but the service is severely lacking. We ordered food & since there was a long line we pulled around the front to make sure we had everything we ordered. We were missing 4 of the 6 tacos that we ordered so we went back through the drive-thru. The young woman asked if we were sure they weren't in the other bag, we assured her that there were only 2 tacos. Accidents happen especially when places are busy, so we waited. When we were handed a bag with our tacos there were only 2 in there. When we waved to get the young women's attention she got an attitude & said what! When we pointed out that we were still missing 2 tacos she closed the window and said loudly OH MY GOD! To which I'm assuming the manager laughed. Absolute WORST service! For starters, the girl taking my order in drive-thru was bothered that I ordered. I ordered 2 #4s with a coke, easy. Right?Followed by 2 tacos. She forgot my tacos, and then didn’t give me a receipt, or my card back! I went back around and waited another 35 mins and she said she couldn’t give me the receipt for the first order, so I don’t even know if I got charged twice for the tacos!!! This is the second time I order this exact same thing and don’t get my full order. My fries are supposed to be a large and they’re not even half way full! I used to work here as a teenager, and my manager would have never allowed this! I’m very disappointed!
