My brother and his wife, my wife and I spent the most enjoyable afternoon cooking and learning from Spuddy. I can’t recommend this true Cajun experience more. The time there was phenomenal. Spuddy is an addictive personality and full of amazing amount of knowledge. It was a complete hands on experience. We started by making andouille sausage. Next we all shared cooking jambalaya, shrimp and chicken gumbo and an okra stew. We then sat and ate it all and it was absolutely delicious. We had just dined at Commander’s Palace the night before.
