Stopped by the gas station and ended up trying this food truck even though I wasn't hungry. I was so glad to have stopped by and this truck is going to be a regular stopover for me whenever I drive across the border and going further south. When I reached there, it was already like 5 mins past their closing time but the owner was so nice to accept my order. Tried their Pollo Tacos and it was beyond amazing. Recommend the birria / quesabirria tacos. Very flavourful and the tortillas are handmade, so they're on the thicker side. They use the same tortilla for regular tacos too, so it may come as a surprise if you're used to thinner/smaller ones. The lengua is very good and tender, the asada was a bit tough for my liking.
