Subway — Restaurant in Lynn Haven

Usually I wouldnt make a complaint...

This morning my fiance and I had door dashed some subs his was fine and up to standard but mine... I don't know what happened I got the veggie delight Italian herbs and cheese bread with provolone toasted no lettuce no tomato add spinach green peppers onions jalapenos and banana peppers anyways but it tasted so bad like fish the spinach that was added to it was extremely wilty and soggy definitely wasn't fresh it's like it was left out all night... The only way I can have subway is if it's toasted because I'm pregnant (typically they toast bread meat and cheese together) which is perfect I've gotten the same thing for years... This has me concerned because being that the veggies weren't up to par there could be an issue with bacteria growth which could be extremely dangerous in pregnancy I've gotten this multiple times like I said subway is my favorite and has been a huge craving during my pregnancy please make sure all your products (produce) is stored properly because this could be very fatal for...

Waited in line for several minutes. I was the only person in line. There was a guy eating his food at a table and said the subway employee is out at the gas pumps arguing with another person near the car with the hood up. The employee was out there smoking a cigarette for a few minutes. I then made contact outside with her, asking her if there was anyone working here today at subway. She replied, she was the only person working today as she smoked her cigarette. She started to continue the conversation with the person at the pumps when I told her I was trying to get something to eat. She then started to take a couple more drags of her cigarette as she started to move towards the store. Didn't get to eat..I had to work. So her out in the parking lot/gaspumps area smoking a cigarette, implies to me she's clocked out and there's nothing to be sanitized during the Covid pedemic, right? SUBWAY, GREAT JOB! Absolutely 💯 WORST subway EVER! Entire order made wrong (not hard to read from a screen or printed receipt like on the bag!!!) Which caused my daughters LUNCH FOR SCHOOL to go in the trash, a $14 meal, instead of her DYING due to you putting what i said NOT TO! Not only that, both ladies behind the counter were rude and short when I picked it up, I'm a teacher I don't have 40 mins to wait in line, after I waited 5 just for acknowledgement of being there for a pick up order to be ready at a certain time ordered AN HOUR PRIOR! The I asked for a drink carrier for my drink and my daughters to be told no don't have them you gotta carry them. No sorry, or apology of any sort for simply being out. Just short, rude, and not going to be spending a damn penny at this...
