Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Lynn

I went to this honey dew everyday and one woman was so kind to me, and my brother when we came all the time. Today when my brother and I went, our usual girl was not there. We got two drinks, my brother started drinking his drink, and I told the lady I was paying with a gift card and all they have to do is scan the QR code. She scanned it and I waited for her to say it was okay. She scanned it again and then said it wasn’t working. I told her she could put it in manually because it has numbers on it but she refused, I gave the drinks back and offered to just pay my brothers. She refused because she “already put it in the register.” Then she “accidentally” put it in for cash right after I said I’d just pay for the drink he drank. When I didn’t have any cash on me. She didn't let us leave until my mom came to pay because she said she put it in the register for cash and I was demanded to pay cash when I only came in with a gift card- my mom brought me my debit card and I couldn’t even pay with that. During all of this, not letting us leave she called her friend and talked about us in Spanish thinking I didn’t know what she was saying. It was so unprofessional and sad. I loved that honey dew but I won’t go there again....

The staff seemed more interested in carrying on a personal conversation between themselves than serving the customers. Gave them a simple order for a large iced coffee. They are least got the flavor right now the size and when I said something the employee was like no you asked for a medium and I had a friend with me that said no he asked for a large. Whatever I more than likely won't be going back as there is another Honey Dew about the safe distance and like 4...

The worst. I waited half hour for my order i order 3 coffees 3 sandwiches 2 xtra cheese they see me standing there they ask me do you need anything? Yes my sandwiches which they haven’t made.
