The worst experience I've ever had in my life. I ordered a calzone at 5:01 p.m. I was told 20 minutes for pick up. I arrive at 5:30 because they're never on time. With that being said I get there tell them i want to pick my order up and they haven't even started it. ONE SIMPLE CALZONE I'm sitting there watching everyone order and leaving with they're food. Having me guessing where's my food. It is now 6:05 and I was tired off waiting. So i politely ask for my money back seeing as my order was placed over an hour ago for one calzone. And even still i waited a half an hour to pick it up and still had to sit and wait over another half an hour to end up not getting my food. Long story short. They took over an hour. I politely ask for my money back. The guy didn't care he seemed rather happy. No apology no compensation of the waste of time I went through. He laughed as he gave me my money back. I wasn't offered anything for my wasted time. Not even a discount or a free bottle of soda for having me waiting over a hour for one item. By far the worst experience ever and if I didn't know any better. I would think the guy who gave me money back was a racist and did it on purpose because it seemed like they never want me to come back again, WHICH I NEVER WILL ! We moved to Lynn in 2018 and I have been on the hunt for a solid Roast Beef place and I have finally found it. My old go tos where Royal in East Boston and Pete's in Revere so I had high standards. I first attempted to place a delivery order at 9:45PM through the website but it was too close to closing time. I took a shot and called. I asked if a delivery was possible and it was a pleasant response of yes you can place a delivery order what would you like. In my experience at other restaurants I have received an end of the night attitude and no for an answer especially when its 30min or less until closing. Now my order was a little particular as I like my beef medium-well and my wife wanted a chicken cutlet over Ceasar salad. Our order was placed with no questions asked. We paid with a credit card and was able to include a tip on the card aswell. The order arrived around 25 mins later. Everything was prepared just as I ordered and the Beef was cooked perfectly and was so tender that it melted in my mouth and with just enough sauce without it being drenched and soggy, mozzarella sticks were hot and crispy, chicken cutlet was also warm and crispy but the ceasar salad was missing cheese and croutons. This is our most favorite pizza place ever !! ❤️ consistent and amazing! we've tried a decent chunk of pizza places in the area and haven't looked back since Paminos. Always fresh food, my daughter & I are both picky eaters and they never make us feel like a burden adjusting our orders, we order over the phone sometimes (owner is really friendly and accomodating) and also on the app, they certainly pay attention to details on the notes, which means a lot for us! They've genuinely never gotten it wrong! Delivery is fast and hot! All the guys who deliver are nice and friendly, especially Dave the pizza man, he's awesome.
