Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Macomb Township

Had the most unpleasant experience 6/21/2016 at this location. Ordered 3 hot and ready pizzas, 2 crazy bread and sauces. Was told that it would be a little bit for the pizzas to come out. Paid for the food and stood over to the side to wait. Meanwhile new customers entered the location and ordered hot and ready pizzas and walked out the door with their pizzas. Once five hot and ready pizzas left the building and I was still standing there waiting, I expressed concern to the staff. I was greeted with an "I am sorry it gets busy it here" and a "what was your order?", by the very person I gave my order to. The girl with the pink hair working in the back gave me such a bad attitude about it and told me that I could contact the Manager in the morning. She was inconsiderate and unpleasant to deal with. I then had to repeat my order yet again to get everything that I paid for. The pizza was not fully cooked and half of it we could not eat because it was stuck to the bottom of the box. I have never had such a bad experience with Little Ceasars and hope that it is only this location that the unpleasant staff is welcomed at. The girl with the pink hair should be fired for how she dealt with a customer with a legitimate complaint. She gave no concern or acceptance that a mistake was made. Rather she decided to snarl at me that they are not perfect. Is this great customer service? NO, this is someone with an attitude and not treating the customer properly. Spent over 20 minutes waiting for pizza, as other customers walked in and walked out with their hot and ready pizza. I will drive out of my way to go to another location rather than experience the girl with the pink...

Staff was friendly. My order was correct. I did NOT get chased by a red 300.

Edit 3. I was with my family recently and we were talking about pizza, obviously - specifically Little Caesars... They were all talking about which ones NOT to go to by them. There was one they agreed that mostly cared and was fairly consistent...several stores away. I stood there quietly and listened until they asked me how many LC I drove past to get to the "good one". It felt good to say 0. I'd put my Little Caesars against any rival for consistency and staff friendliness - and no one touches their price! Not too sure about LC? Give this one a try; they'll take good care of you.

Edit 1. Still have not been chased by a red 300. This is the best LC around. Every other location undercooks, and these are cooked perfectly nearly every time. I hope the quality does not go down now that they are converting it to look like all the others.

Edit 2. Still can't get chased by the red 300 no matter what I do. Oh well. The pizza is still cheap and good. LPT, get the zap packs.

I have been trying to let this go since yesterday and I just can't. I have ordered a pizza and went back to pick it up. The employee that finished the pizza and brought it out to me was very inappropriate, I didn't say anything at that time and I am mad at the fact that I didn't but I think it was better otherwise my husband who was in the car would have gotten involved and it would not have been good. As he came out from the back with the pizza he kept grabbing himself (crotch) and kept doing it the entire time while I was there. He kept looking down and touched it a couple of times. It was nasty and very unprofessional to say the least. As soon as I got home I threw the pizza in the garbage, and never again will I ever order pizza here again. The employee was African American and the time I took the pizza was around 2:30PM 08/17, didn't get a chance to see his name all I wanted to do it get out of there as soon as possible. I don't need anyone to contact me and apologize, who ever the manager is should train the employees better cause obviously this one his momma hasn't thought...
