IHOP — Restaurant in Macon

06/9/2025 my wife and I visited this restaurant in which we had an exceptionally poor dining experience. The waitress was very unattended and she did not get my order correct. As I was exiting the restaurant, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was notified, but the manager never acknowledged me. Fifteen minutes past then a representative from a HVAC contractor arrived. Net the manager came upfront to escort him back, and she never acknowledged me. She never said sir, I will be with you in just a second because I have an emergency situation. I waited an additional 10 minutes thinking she would come back, but she never did.I saw the manager Nette speaking with another employee in the restroom area, and I went over to address her. I expressed my displeasure in the service as well as for her, not acknowledging me. She stated there was an emergency that required her concerns. Her statement alone was a true indication that I, a paying customer who pays her salary, wasn’t a priority to her.or IHOP. I reached out to corporate and I received a phone call from the regional manager Letty Guevara, and I shared with her my experience. Letty Guevara advised me that she would give me a return call after looking into the matter. Granted today is July 7, 2025, and I have not received a call back yet.
