The Korner Restaurant — Restaurant in Madison Township

With the Corner Restaurant, you get exactly what you should be expecting. Good food, for a very reasonable price. On this occasion, I got the hot roast beef with french fries and gravy. One other person in our party got the same thing. The roast beef was tender, tasty and well worth the price. Others in our party got a burger, spaghetti, and two grilled cheese sandwiches. All enjoyed their meals. We finished off the meal, amongst the six of us, with two slabs of pie. Total bill? Below $40. Seriously? This is good food at a very good price. If you're looking for hoi polloi or haute cuisine, then travel elsewhere. If you looking for good comfort food, that's well made, and at a reasonable price, this is your place. Oh my gosh, such a lovely place, so relaxing and everyone is just so friendly!! And the food is delicious, we went there on spaghetti/ lasagna day it's scrumptious but be sure to go with an empty belly or you'll be taking it home, the portions are for a hungry man! And even though you probably won't have room for dessert, we brought a whole coconut cream pie home and believe me it was soooo yummy! Hair in 2 dinners..told the waitress they did nothing about it. Kitchen staff wears NO hair nets. If your a local they cater to you I've went it and waited and then others came in and they waited on them first. One time I watched a waitress clean a table off go back pick up an order bring it out then go straight to the kitchen pull the salad bowl out and take her dirty hands and get the lettuce out of the bowl, never washed her hands.
