Arby's — Restaurant in Madison

Was here tonight around d 10:30 pm. We ordered 4 milk shakes. One was mocha and the other three were the Andy Mint. We asked for the chocolate syrup to be put in them. The lady snapped at us and told us they didn't have any chocolate. Really you could not tell us this prior to making the shakes and charging us? This has not been the first time we have had crappy service. I ast at the drive through one night for about 10 minutes no one answered us. To the young guy cooking yesterday evening and the lady working the drive through register, just wanna say you two deserve to be recognized but I unfortunately don't know your names! Your attitudes every single time we come through there are just awesome, as soon as we hear your voice we know we're not about to waste our money and get good food and good service with a smile and some joking. First time stopping at the Arby's @ Loves Truck Stop on rt. 528 in Madison, Ohio. Just WOWZER!!! Got a double Beef & Cheddar meal with Curly Fries.This was absolutely the best B&C I've ever eaten. Super fresh tender taste and was made perfectly. I got a vanilla shake and those are also my favorite fast food ones to me. Counter Guy was super friendly and seemed to be really happy working there. Women Manager was helping filling orders and calling out the customer's name and said it's items. Have a nice day and Happy New Year was also greetings from both her and great Counter Guy.
