Best place on the Arsenal for lunch. Truck attendance varies, but you can pretty much always find something you like; check their Facebook page (NASA Food Truck Corral) around 1030 or 1045 every weekday for that day's roster. Taste of Maine is phenomenal every time (Maine style lobster roll, lobster bisque, lobster grilled cheese). Little Pearl Fusion Taco has great tacos (kimchi tacos were amazing, Asian were pretty good) and you can get a variety plate. Nico's has really really good chicken quarters and I'm told their cheesesteaks are awesome. Touchdown BBQ has very good brisket and sides. New South Hot Dogs are quite tasty and filling (they are huge and loaded with toppings...the flavor combinations are creative and don't disappoint). Tim's Cajun has great food at good prices (love their red beans and rice, and I've heard the etouffee is bangin'). The Hippea Camper is awesome vegan food (the tamale 🤤🤤🤤). Hildegard's is solid German food (haven't been in a while because they took my favorite meal off the truck menu). There are lots of good trucks that frequent and depending on the day you can count on a good burger, sandwich, taco, Chinese entree, Korean entree, lemonade, hot dog, loaded baked potato, BBQ, or dessert.
