So disappointed. Wont be ordering again. I raved about their pizza to my girl who had never had it, so we ordered online. Order was placed at 6:50, and didn't show up til 8:10 (its a 15 minute drive from their restaurant to my house). On top of that, the sausage supreme pizza with added black olive and tomato with no onion on a pan crust pizza showed up as a thin crust with only black olive and tomato. They even messed up the 2 liter of coke and gave us a 2 liter of sprite instead. We called and spoke with the manager, and he offered no apology, refund or coupons, instead said we will make another one and argued that the crust was ordered as thin not pan, and that he wanted the messed up order pizza back in exchange for the one being brought out. This call ended at 8:23. I initially said that was fine, thinking, in 40 minutes I would have the correct pizza at my door....25 minutes cooking time and delivery time.....nope....wrong again...it took over an hour for the correct pizza to show up (at 9:35). I had a good conversation with the driver and he understood my anger, and the fact that I told him that i was not going o trade their messed up pizza for the pizza I ordered for having to hold my Sunday dinner over for 2 hours on a circus show. Rosati's...I am hopeful that you, one day, will correct the issues you have at the eastside location. But I will not be ordering delivery...
Read moreOrdered a pizza and they messed up and made it wrong and didnt notice before delivery. Called them back and told them I wanted a refund instead of a new pizza. After a lot of back and fourth... (they said the most they could give me was $10 which was less than half of what I spent) they said that I would have to give them the pizza back if I wanted a refund. Fine since it was wrong! Hubs talked with "manager figure" although not sure if it was the real manager or an employee pretending. He said the delivery driver got the pizza and we'd get a credit. Waited a few days and didnt see a refund so I figure it was a credit on my account. Called to order tonight and told the man on the phone that. Him and the manager both said that somehow they couldn't see any of my previous orders, and that my whole account had been wiped clean. The manager then said they would have cancelled the order and I should have got my money back but if I didnt that wasnt their fault because they cancelled it so it's out of their system. So not only did they take my $27 mess up my food, & take their pizza back for no new pizza that night, but now my account has been cleared and I cant ever trust using a card there so I'll almost never order again because I don't really have cash. Read moreUpdate... never been more disrespected from a place where i spend my money for service. The owner couldn't be more unprofessional. I order forr for.my kids and myself and they made a mistake. I call to inform them of the mistake and I'm called a lier from the owner himself. I know what i ordered and it was wrong. The owner continues to tell me he is right and he cut it himself and it has the correct topping. But i know what it missing and what isn't. And to op ot off the ticket even says the wrong topings. My pizza is generally cold when i get it but i understand that because i do live just on the edge of their delivery area. Due to this disrespect and lack of care given from the owner in times where businesses should appreciate people spending money on luxury items. Long term customer will no longer spend money there.
Worst service ever. Pizza 30 min late cold and half cooked. Then you tell them the problem and you are their issue. I spend a lot of money there for myself and my company. I know better now.
