Paul, Phil, their family and staff could have not been more accommodating, helpful, friendly and courteous towards our students and myself. I am a local Special Education Teacher and the staff at Wilkes allowed us to have a mini field trip. They gave us the history of their deli, demonstrated how to use their machines and grill, took questions from students and allowed them to make a sandwich to bring back to school for lunch that day. The students had a blast! I feel the staff did as well. They went above and beyond for us! I could not thank them enough! As a regular here, the quality of the food is amazing! My go-to is a custom roast beef sandwich, and the meat is so juicy and tastes fantastic! The outstanding service was friendly, helpful and prompt, with extra patiences provided over the phone when placing our order; and after being delayed due to detours. We were greeted warmly upon arrival with sandwiches, wraps, salads, drinks and deserts carefully boxed. The food was so fresh snd delicious ! Wish we lived closer than an hour and a half away. We will definitely return each time we visit family...
