Came here because of the amazing reviews and wanted to try it out. I would come again, could tell they put care into their food, and honestly not bad. And super affordable for BBQ!

It’s really had to make good bbq and it was solid here.

Brisket plate - 4/5 was extremely tender just like the reviews said but was dry. Brisket my favorite meat so I’m kinda picky. Solid though and gets the craving out the way. Might have been a bad batch or something because smoking and tenderness its hard to find the perfect balance.

Cosmic chicken plate - 5/5 not one to usually get chicken at bbq places but we did so after the reviews. Good smoked chicken, soft easy to bite through, soooo flavorful. Was just biting with my teeth and didn’t have to use any utensils. Didn’t have to use any sauce with this. Was delicious on its own.

Cornbread - 5/5 delicious soft corny perfect Chili beans - 5/5 basically spicy chili and delicious Potato salad - 3/5 potatoes were still tough to but through and large. Good though. Coleslaw- 2/5 not coleslaw just balsamic glaze cabbage salad. It was good, just not coleslaw.

Lemonade - 2/5 thought it would be yummy and sour but it was pretty watered down and not lemony at all. Was so excited for this and sad it was meh.

I do not write reviews at all, but I had really high hopes for this place based on other reviews and was severely let down. I ordered the brisket and chicken with a side of cornbread and coleslaw. The brisket was extremely dry and tough with absolutely no flavor. The side of barbecue sauce was the only reason I finished the brisket besides the fact that I spent $28 dollars for the plate... The chicken was tender but had no seasoning and flavor which also needed a ridiculous amount of barbecue sauce to even become edible. The cornbread had decent flavor but was very dry. The only thing I can be happy with was the the service, excellent people, I am just overly disappointed...

My wife and I dropped in for lunch and were seriously impressed. The brisket was incredibly tender with a great smoky flavor and just the right amount of bark. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious with a dry rub that really hit the mark. You can tell they put care and time into the smoking process.

We tried the potato salad and some pickled veggies on the side—both were excellent and worth getting again.

It’s a relaxed, no-frills kind of place with friendly staff and fast service. When the food’s this good, that’s all you need. I’ll...
