Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Manalapan Township

The general manager (if he was truly the manager)is a liar.I would give zero stars if I could. We have been ordering from this Dominos location for 15 years. The last order that we placed to this location (Dominos Rt. 33 Manalapan,NJ) was two weeks prior to 5/31( tonight at 9:50pm). The person that answered the phone said that they do not deliver to my address. When I gave him the phone numbers associated with our address, he must have found the orders after putting me on hold twice, then said that although they don't deliver to us, he would make an exception today, but not in the future. The person that answered the phone initially, was now the general manager when he returned from the two unnecessary holds that he placed us on. He also stated that Dominos Corporate recently changed their delivery area (1.5 weeks ago), and now we were not in the delivery area. He kept stating one lie after another. We finally decided to turn down his one night exception after he saw our delivery history on his computer. Someone that lies to a long time customer, can't be trusted to prepare and deliver food. We have a summer home in another state, and we order Dominos regularly there. That won't happen again. We called on 5/31 at 9:50pm. I am disgusted....

we order food from this dominoes all the time and we have never had an issue previously. Tonight when we had ordered food and our delivery driver forgot a 2 liter soda. He had said that we can take the food with no drink or he will drive back to get it and it would take 30 minutes even though the dominoes is 7 minutes away. we had asked if he could come back with our order remade since we had only got the dominoes to have with the soda. i called the store to find out that it was the general manger who had delivered to us. After the general manager Christen got on the phone he was nasty and said that i don’t work at dominoes and don’t understand the policy. I asked for him to tell me what his name was and he refused to say it and told me that he already said it and our business wasn’t important since we are frequent customers. i told him this is not way to act as a manager and he hung up on me . Never ordering from here again which is a shame because we tip there wonderful drivers very nicely all...

I placed an order at 12:11. Over an hour still nothing. I call and Allie says she had to cancel my order because the delivery was going to take longer than what the website advised and she called my cell but I didn’t answer, as I’m working and nit checking my phone and she didn’t leave a message. Instead says I should have answered my phone. Where do you just cancel orders because delivery will take longer. I’m still waiting to speak to the manager Sumesh about this.
