I went to work with my husband one day. We stopped at this bagel shop, Tommy's Bagels! đ„Ż For breakfast! He ran in as I waited in the truck. Before running into order, he told me that this bagel shop was one of his favorites. And that it was very popular. Waiting inside, he must have waited in line for almost 20-25 minutes. I can understand a breakfast place being busy in the am before the work day begins. But half an hour, I believe is a bit much! I will say, this bagel was amazing! đ đ đ They slapped on the cream cheese, just how I like it! It was overall well worth the wait in my opinion. If you're in a rush in the morning, maybe before stopping by Tommy's Bagels, leave your house a bit earlier. That would be my solution.    Read moreI called Tommyâs because I wanted something nice put together to be delivered to a family who had recently lost someone. I called not knowing anyone at this location, and the owner, Tommy was beyond helpful and kind. He gave me many options to choose from and put together a wonderful platter of bagels, spreads and muffins. Not only did he do a great job with the presentation, but the pricing was very reasonable and he was extremely kind and professional. He even was so thoughtful to include a sympathy card and fill it out for us. I havenât been to the actual location, but next time I am in the area I will definitely be stopping in! Iâd highly recommend Tommyâs Bagels as they are a small business with truly kind staff and good people. Please support your local...
Read moreNo doubt about it there bagels are good. However, the people working the counter have the personality of a hemorrhoid. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by selling you a bagel. I was in there yesterday, 10/6, . Standing in front of the counter and there were FIVE women working gabbing with each other. I stood there for several minutes and not one of them acknowledged my presence. After a few minutes of being ignored I simply turned around and walked out. Drove over to Union Hill Bagels where they make you feel like customer. While Tommyâs bagels might be a very slight bit better, at least in my opinion, I will never go back there. I canât get over how rude and obnoxious the help is. Union Hill Bagel is my new...
