Atenas Bakery — Restaurant in Manatí

Atenas Bakery is so much more than a bakery....they have excellent Cuban Sandwiches and a whole section of prepared dishes! Dishes ranging from steak and onions to roasted chicken, Puerto Rican Rice and Beans, Arroz con Gandules, Tostones and on and on. The sandwiches were phenomenal and for the prices they were charging an incredible deal. There was a little bit of a wait for the food to be prepared, but it was worth the small wait. This restaurant/bakery is located in Manati, Puerto Rico and is a wonderful little sport for breakfast lunch or dinner....especially if it's for take out. Fast lunch service! For about $8 you will have a full lunch that will carry you for the rest of the day.

You can order sandwiches (La Fortaleza is the best!) and other stuff in advance. The selection of bakery things is awesome at great prices.

The bread is average, but consistent in quality.
