Read moreI was on vacation in PR and staying in Manati. I happen to do a Google search for the closest bakery from the Airbnb. Veronica’s Bakery came up. I’m so glad it did. Their sugar donuts, pan sobao & pastelitos de guayaba are out of this world! Not only did we visit the bakery in the mornings but we did go late afternoon. Their bread was warm and pastries fresh. They definitely do their baking & cooking on premises and keep all of the items fresh. I also enjoyed a lunch special of their bistec with white rice and red beans it was absolutely delicious.....
