Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manchester Township

I really wanted to love this location so much since it's so conveniently on my way to work. But after today, I'm just gong to go out of my way to Starbucks again. I mean everything about the place is just no good. I've gone every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday on my way to work since they opened and NOT ONCE has my coffee been tolerable enough to finish. I order it the same way each time and it's never even made the same way! Like, how does that happen? I get basic menu items, nothing extravagant, no additions. It's either the hot version or the iced version. I'm including my picture from yesterday. You can see oatmilk and brown sugar on the ticket. Is the milk in the room with us? It was just a plain iced espresso, no brown sugar or milk. Today I got hot coffee, which I order with brown sugar and cream. I got it and it was luke warm, bitter, and full of grounds as i speed it driving away. Also, so much brown sugar syrup that when I poured it out, there was like a one inch layer of thick goop in the bottom. Don't you see that as you're pouring? If I'm at home pouring coffee, I know I see if there's grounds, so I'm confused. Hopefully, people post honest reviews and the company gets it together. Those people need to do better by their customers on so many levels. I think the employees that work there need better direction as to how customer service works, because standing in the drive thru on your phone and handing a customer a coffee with one hand while still holding your phone on the other and not breaking eye contact with the phone is certainly not it. I really wish the experience was different. It's important to have staff that makes an experience decent because if the customer service was good, I'd still continue to go there and support those people. There's places I go that I don't even like that I'll always go to because of the staff. That's my rant, please...

I got an ice coffee. Just 2 ingredients. It’s different each time I get it. Then I got a refresher they want to tell me u can’t get a certain amount ice in the refresher. New rules he said. Then walked away from the young man ringing me up. after wiping the counter did not wash his hands just went to fix another customer’s order for drive thru. I go in this location daily. This older gentleman never wash his hands. The older lady walks around with a rag on her shoulder fixing food and drinks. Handed me food before and the bag it was in was sloppy dirty. The younger guys do better. This is a convenient location. Do better. A lot better. Spending 50+ a wk here because of location is insane I know but I love my Dunkin and hate to go out the way. I was going through the drive through as I went through I was at the window and a shorter young lady and a another young lady with glasses were screaming profanity through the window my son was in the vehicle and it was extremely disrespectful that they were cussing in the work place I open the window and i get my food all this for her to have my order wrong I went inside to get my food I went inside and the short lady from the window was outside smoking weed and when I went inside the the lady with glasses said I don’t work at Dunkin and told me to wait so disrespectfully I will not...
