I love wawa, I go there every single day and get the exact same thing, an iced coffee and cigarettes, about $15 a day excluding all the times I go for things for my family or gas etc. The only complaint I have, is the rare occasion I go in the middle of the night when my whole family is sleeping to get cigarettes for the next day, I sometimes misplace my ID because I am ALWAYS on the go. I know that's my fault, but wawa is literally around the corner from me, and I figure it will be a quick in and out. Maybe 4 times I have forgotten my ID in the last 3 years I've been going there daily, and they won't give me cigarettes without the ID. I get the point of IDING, but if you have a regular coming in EVERY DAY, and I know every single worker, you would think wawa would have a little leinancy on the IDING. I went to buy rite twice before they started telling me I didnt need me ID because the worker had waited on me already. I dont go there often by any means. And if they can remember me and not make me have my ID every single time, I dont know why wawa can't. Theres nothing more frustrating than dealing with zero sleep and needing a cigarette in the middle of the night to have to go home and risk waking everyone to grab my card when I go every day for the same thing. I've been starting to go to Circle K out of frustration even though they dont have the coffee I like, but mainly because I'm frustrated over this one issue. There is such a thing as being overly cautious. I'm nearing 30, and if every worker knows me for the last 3 years, as I'm sure they do most of their regular customers , I wish management would tell them it's okay to give someone theyve carded hundreds of times, cigarettes if theyve shown their ID all...
Read moreIt's a Wawa. Convenience store like 711, or Sheets. Mostly food and snacks. Have touch screen ordering for meals and deli and whatnot for B/L/D and is 24 hours. However, the deli is limited in the wee hours.
My only complaint about Wawa is that they do not offer heavy cream for their coffee, which is a shame for all the people who have restrictions or are following a keto diet. But that seems to be the case with other coffee shops as well. During the day, they have a large selection of coffee and sometimes throw in a type not standard. Think pumpkin spice, blueberry cobbler...
They have recently added 2 self-serve registers.
There is a rewards card that offers coffee and food, but I prefer to save to get the discount on gas. There is also an app. You can use it just like the plastic card but it is more convenient. You can order ahead and have curbside delivery, or run in and get it. You can also choose to pay at the register if you don't want to put your payment info into the app.
They have a large selection of bays for fuel. They also...
Read moreI come here often to get a quick, cheap breakfast since it's on my work route. Google says they require masks, but they don't. I wish they took things more seriously, or at least didn't claim otherwise. But while I can understand not being able to get customers to listen, the staff can't keep them on either. Most times I go there's either the older man or the younger girl at the register, or both, and they rarely have their masks on right if at all. Wiping their noses with their hands and then touching everything I bring up. I wish I could avoid it.
Aside from that, my food orders have been given to me cold mutiple times, and also often with the wrong ingredients or missing ingredients. It didn't cool down, it was as though it was given to me straight out of the refrigerator but with the bread alone heated.
Most other staff members seem nice enough, but with how much I'm there, these problems are...
