I spoke to the owner at 5:16pm to order 1 Fettuccine Alfredo dinner on Fettuccine Alfredo night. He said 20-minute wait. I got there, paid my bill, and waited in the dining area to be called. I then told the girl that I paid that I would wait in my car. I was in the handicapped spot right at the door. She thanked me for my patience and said she'd bring it right out. 30 minutes later, I went back in as I finished my phone calls, and the girl hadn't brought the dinner out yet. I was told they were still working on my order, and they knew nothing about bringing my order out to me by the girl who left while I was in the car and didn't tell anyone else. I was also very confused why 1 Fettuccine Alfredo dinner on Fettuccine Alfredo night would take an hour. From the back, the owner kept apologizing, saying they got bombarded and to have a free fountain drink. I took a cannoli instead as I had purchased a drink during my wait. He then came from the back, and during our face-to-face encounter, he finally paid attention to the conversation and realized that I was not the order they were preparing. They were making Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli, a pizza, and some sandwich. Then he got a major attitude and blamed his cook for the confusion. I corrected him and told him that during my time in the pizzeria, he and the 2 countergirls did not listen to my saying, "1 Fettuccine Alfredo dinner, that's all. No chicken, no broccoli, nothing, plain." a dozen times!" They should have known that was not my order. I don't know what orders they have. He was speaking very demeaning to me and acting like I was overreacting! I had to sit as I was getting very aggravated and at the cannoli to stop as I called them "the sugar shakes." Finally, the girl brings my 1 dinner out, "Thanks, have a good day. " Also, there was no line, deliveries backed up, etc.. Sadly, I have personally witnessed the complaints that I have read about in prior reviews about Parma Pizza, and they are true. The manager 100% needs an attitude adjustment and definitely could benefit from human resource reviews. I worked in the district office of a major bank where I hired and fired. I don't like how he treated me, a paying customer who was EXTREMELY patient nor how he blamed his cook, who I quietly observed from the front counter taking orders given to him. Was he trained? Does he understand what is being barked at him? This was my experience. ...
Read moreI placed an order on their website for delivery at 8:59 for a Stromboli. I get a call 3 mins later from a female cashier that they can’t deliver my order because their delivery driver finishes at 8:40 and did I want to pick up the order I remained calm the entire duration of the phone call not once raising my voice. I simply asked her if I can get my money back. She replied for me to hold on and she would talk to the manager. After a few seconds “Robbie” the manager gets on the phone defensively claiming I was “yelling” at his cashier and over talking me. I explain to him “sir I never raised my voice one I was speaking calmly as I am now to you I simply asked about getting a refund and was put on hold for her to speak with you.” I was told that he would void the payment. I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow or the next day to find out if everything was voided and nothing posts to my account. I did further explain that if what they are telling me is accurate they need to sharpen up their system/website to where you cannot place an online order for delivery after a certain time and furthermore update the hours posted in their online point of service system for delivery. I’m really disappointed with the experience because it came off as they didn’t feel like delivering the order which I could get over but out of guilt acting defensively with the expectation that I would “go off” and to further lie for a reason to justify their lack of responsibility and mistake was wrong. I patronize this business a lot whether through delivery or pick up. This was one of those times where I couldn’t do a pick up and I spent my last 23$ I had tonight including a tip to make sure my kids ate to not have certainty of when I would get my money back feels...
Read moreFirst time customer, received coupon for a free cheese pizza in the mail and decided to try this place.
When I called to place a pick up order I was told to hold and then waited over three minutes before hanging up and calling again, this time able to speak with someone. Order was pretty simple, large cheese pizza and 8 wings and I was told that it was a 30-40 minute wait!
40 minutes would have been understandable if it was very busy, however when I arrived to the restaurant there was not a soul inside aside from the two staff members. The girl who was manning the front (I assume the one who put the phone down on the counter when I called) was actually watching TV and eating pizza herself!
The food itself was unfortunately less than spectacular. The pizza was both dry and salty, and the wings had been overcooked and were also dry.
Overall, middling service, poor food. Considering we only paid for the wings it was still a pretty good deal, but if I had paid full price I would have been very...
