I'm so glad I finally got to try this place! I've been meaning to since at least March, but I don't get down this way that much. When I do, I'm usually coming back from a grueling hike and it's usually closed. My experience here today was well worth the wait. Service was quick and polite. Food was definitely some of my favorite. This is in contention for a 3-way thai for my favorite thai spot in Maine along with a spot from Skow and Winslow. Thai Spice definitely has my favorite bubble tea. I like the unique semi-frozen consistency. Although I'd take it straight liquid also. The pad thai is very tasty! While my mouth didn't explode with fire like I've been searching for, it did have an extremely nice balance between hot and other flavors. Overall, I will definitely be back when my schedule allows šŸ‘

I am so excited about this restaurant because their food and drinks are amazing! Great flavor, fast and friendly service, 5 stars! Price point is average compared to other local thai. I was slightly sad that my wonton appetizer portions were small because they were delicious little flavor bombs! I hope your main takeaway from reading this review is to go try this place. I want them to do well so I can keep coming back. Thanks~

Update ...i dont know whats happening but food tonight was not good. The spring rolls were lettuce and noodles..no carrots or other veggies like usual and spice on curry eas way off...hopefully just a one time issue. Love it here!! The fresh spring rolls are amazing and such a great "fresh" option. Very clean and they are good about any requests to omit items šŸ˜€

Boy, do I love this place.

Apparently so does everybody else: their phone's been ringing off the hook since they opened!

I usually try to give new restaurants a few weeks to settle in, but this place opened while I was in the middle of packing and moving and I couldn't resist some take-out in their first week.

Drunken noodles luncheon special was a HEFTY portion for the price, and delicious to boot. The spring roll was shatteringly crispy. The tom kha I added on was just as yummy as the rest.

I've been back a few times since and it's been consistently terrific.

I can't even imagine trying to open a new restaurant in the middle of the pandemic, but clearly there's some pent-up demand in the area because they've been super busy. Despite the onslaught, everybody I've dealt with at the restaurant so far has been incredibly friendly and cheerful.

Have some patience if you call, give them a few weeks to get settled in, and remember that we don't get that many new restaurants opening around these parts so we should cherish the ones we do get. Luckily, this one more than...

I called in an order. My boyfriend went inside to pick it up because I was unable to go in myself. They did not give him my complete order. He paid the full amount and tipped them. I called to let them know my order was not complete and they had left an item out. I told them I was not returning this evening to get it and I asked if I could get it tomorrow instead at some point. They said no. So basically I paid for stuff that I didn't receive and they kept my money for it and my tip and did nothing to help me. Really bad business, will not be returning and will let people know about my experience.

Edit: obviously the person I dealt with initially didn't have the authority or willingness to figure out a solution with me, but someone more in charge replied to my comment and has shown an interest in rectifying the bad experience. I appreciate that very much and will stop in when I have a chance again. The food was good, the masaman curry and fried dumplings. I am changing my review from 1 to 5 stars. Hopefully they train people on the phone to ask for help and guidance...

Nice little joint with very amiable staff. Recently tried the larb wanting something authentic, and I was pleased, so much flavor in one dish-lime, lemongrass, ginger, fish sauce. I'm also a big bubble tea fan, and theirs delivers-so far I've tried the mango, coconut, coffee and jackfruit and all of them were delicious. I love how they have different flavored popping bubbles. The first time I got takeout here, I did find the shrimp dumplings a bit soggy, but I enjoyed the Tom Yum soup even though it made my stomach hurt(which was on me, I got 5 stars spicy and the taste I could make it through but my stomach!!). That was some time before I got the larb, so I suppose things improved from there. It's a bit pricey for sure, but all in all good food, excited to try more things from here. Never expected a place like this so close to...
