I'm waffling on 2 or 3 stars. After waiting excitedly to try this place we're really underwhelmed. The beer: Great beers. Atmosphere: Light. Fun. Old timey country music. Very fun. Food: Bring a sack lunch with you. We ordered a $12 vegetable plate. We got about 1/3 of a red bell pepper. Half a squash. And a small portion of brocollini. The pesto and hummus sauces were good. But for $12 it looked fancy but wasn't a meal. We also ordered the $14 pork sandwich. Now, let's remember that a "pork sandwich" in Montana is usually expected to be either pulled pork or a pork chop between bread. What I got was thin slices of rough, flavorless pork. I couldn't bite through the pork and each bite meant pulling whole pieces out of the sandwich and having to put them back in. Honestly it tasted like prepared pork patties to me. The so called "hobanero sauce" either didn't exist or didn't have hobanero in it. Zero spice at all. The bun and the bacon were the best part of the sandwich. The Caesar side salad that came with the pork sandwich was literally a chunk of romaine heart with Caesar dressing on it. I've never had to chop up my own salad in a restaurant. Thankfully they had steak knives on the table so I could prepare my own salad. And who grills and chars romaine?? Service was good. Our waitress Chlesea was very nice and brought us samples of each beer we wanted to try, even bringing us a suggestion that we liked. Atmosphere was good. The beer selection was good. But the food doesn't belong here. I feel like I'm in Bozeman over paying for tiny portions of fancy looking food that doesn't taste that great. But I'm not. I'm in Three Forks. You know, in the "country". Head down to a cafe in Three Forks proper if you're hungry.

First time here. Only took three attempts to find the right road to the brewery. Lively place. I headed straight to the bar to sit since only me. Ordered the Bobcat brown ale. One of the smoothest brown ales I have had. The slight taste of coffee hits you at the finish. Ordered the special, pub burger and beer for $13. What a deal. Up next is the Ghost Town Coffee Stout. Smells like a glass of coffee, but a slight hoppy/chocolatey finish. Nonetheless a great smooth stout One plus I can say is that the beer is cold. Not all Montana breweries fit into that category, so bonus points for Bridger Brewing. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.the place ahas a great casual atmosphere. Food showed up in about seven minutes. Heaping pile of hot fries and ask for their frie sauce. Has a little kick, but not overpowering. the pub burger is a outstanding flavorful mess. Juicy and you will need many extra napkins. Overall if you are in the Three Forks areas give this place a try. I cannot wait to bring my golfing buddies here in the spring when we are on our way to Anaconda to golf.

This place is a must stop!! They have a beautiful and spacious dog friendly patio with a well maintained lawn. The food is tasty and the beers are delicious! The Jerk Chicken Sandwich had just the right amount of spice mixed with the combination of the sweet pineapple - had me gobbling the whole sandwich down in one bite! They have a special strawberry sauce that they put into a beer for a sour - so yummy! This brewery was so impressionable, I had to come back the next day; and I am so glad I did! It was a Thursday and there was a live band playing! I had the NY steak with chimichurri sauce and another round of delicious beers. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Not sure where to start -- getting there was confusing. I ended up in a dirt parking lot that was fenced off. The owner of that business was quite annoyed by people pulling into his business by mistake. There needs to be bigger & better signage directing people how to get there. We arrived on an evening of an outdoor concert - so it was packed and no outside seating available. We were seated upstairs, which was nice, and a bit quieter than the main level. The old fashioned was pretty good. Someone in our group ordered lemonade...and it was literally toxic! Smelled & tasted like chemicals or soap mixed in. Just awful! We proceeded to order the appetizer rib special and were told they had just run out!?! They had only been open 2hrs!?! Disappointing! Our table of 5 ordered different items to try....the steak sandwich had good flavor, but hardly any steak. The heaping pile of fries were soggy and cold. The pimento fry sauce had great flavor, but had been so watered down to stretch it out that you had to sip it with your fries. The bread they make and use for the 'bun' on a burger was a joke. Had no flavor and got soggy and broke apart with the first bite. The lamb platter came with a generous portion(perhaps b/c not many order the lamb?) The beef and pork platters were dispicable....two thinly sliced, barely seared pieces of meat with no flavor. NOT worth the $24+ per plate at all - locally sourced or not!!😡Oh - and they have like 10 menus for everyone to share - so be prepared to look it up on your phone! The grilled salad wedges were a joke and unappealing. Needless to say - I won't be back. I'd have rather had a gas station hot dog from across the highway and a 6pk. of my favorite brew!😉Hope they listen to the feedback and get it right - or they won't make it!! The waitresses were very nice and apologetic, and none of our horrible experience was...

Got tickets to Josh Turner for my wife and her sister. Showed up 15 minutes after gates were supposed to be open, they moved it back an hour. No biggie. Went inside to get a beer and wait. 32 minute wait to get a beer, bartender was rude. Had called ahead for a table, they accidentally skipped us. When i asked, they found us in the system, apologized and said we could get a table in an hour, all tables were full. Great, eat through the concert i paid for. Concert started late, they hadn't finished setting up yet. People who payed for the concert were told they could head outside. They brought the first opener inside, and told people that speakers would broadcast it outside. That never happened. Second opener played a 30 minute set outside in the wind that bridger was totally unprepared for, even though it had been forcast several days in advance. One hour and ten minutes later, josh turner came on for at max a one hour set. The end. Sister in law had to miss pretty much all of josh turner because she had to be back for the babysitter after it started 40 minutes late. Event was not well planned or ran. Waste of 190 dollars for tickets. Really disappointed after seeing reckless kelly there before and having a great time. Probably won't go back if this is how...
