If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Every time I come to this location there has been issues with forgotten items, upgrades missed, etc. I’ve been very patient but once again my order is severely messed up. One item forgotten, two items rung up wrong, and two items made and wrapped so sloppy they were exposed and spilled all over my bag. I called the store and was met with nothing but hostility from the manager; Luke. He kept cutting me off saying he’s trying to make it right by telling me he would give me one free potato ole on my next visit but that is all he can do. I wanted to get my order corrected but by the time I would get back to the store my entire order would be cold and I asked if it could be remade and I was laughed at and shot down because it’s “not their fault” because the order was taken by a trainee. I am a manager myself, I understand when training staff makes mistakes. But I also understand that those mistakes need to be corrected and made right when such poor mistakes are made. At least get that new member someone to shadow that can help him while he’s still brand new to try to avoid mistakes like this. After multiple trips that have been total fails my patience is finally up due to the store not caring and handling the situation terribly wrong. We would rather give a different location our money than receive such awful customer service when we have been nothing but patient to the past mistakes....
Read moreI dislike most fast food as a rule. However, Taco John's has a certain nostalgic quality when one of their stores chooses to adhere closer to the old school recipe. Many do not. This is the only TJ in town I will go to and even then it's been hit and miss over the years. However, when they serve the meat and it tastes the way it did as a kid, it's great and I have to say this particular location has excellent customer service. I think perhaps due to their employees often being older women as opposed to teens. One of the only places I've ever asked for a manager to let them know a particular employee deserved credit for consistently being a pleasure...
Read moreThe order was correct, but we experienced terrible customer service at this location. We weren't spoken to by any employee after we left the drive thru speaker. The man put his hand outside for my credit card and said nothing. Then he handed me a receipt and a pen to sign it with but said nothing. Then after a 4 minute wait, we were handed bags of food very quickly like they were trying to throw it through our vehicle window. Once again he said nothing to us. We didn't even know if that was all of our food after they closed the window. So my husband yelled "is that all of it?" And the man gave us a "thumbs up" so...
