The visit started out good very attentive but then it all went downhill. We got our drinks very fast and that was about it once they ran dry we had to beg to get them filled. It took roughly 30 to 40 minutes to be able to place our food order from the time we sat down And I ordered a appetizer of fried pickles which consisted of 13 thinly sliced pickles for $7.... All in all it was about a 2-hour wait from the time we sat down to the time we left. The food is below average it's not terrible but it's nothing to write home about. If you want overpriced mediocre food, Fayz is the move for you. The staff was a little cold and the waitress did not come by except to take our orders—I never even got a refill on my tea. The ($10 !!?) burger meal was swimming in vinegary mustard as if they hadn’t shaken the bottle before applying way too much; I received one wilted piece of iceberg on top of my patty; I did not eat half of it. I swear the coleslaw was half mayonnaise. I would’ve given it one star but the shrimp, sweet potato fries, and hush puppies were passable. Overall do not recommend unless the staff and chef changes...
