First and last time we come here. When seated our table was utterly disgusting. It had not been cleaned from the previous people from the looks of it. The girl that brought the chips and salsa to the table had a hard time scrubbing it clean. She even mentioned to the "possible" manager this table is "cochinito" which means it's pretty much disgusting. He just giggled and moved along.

The chips we ok, but the salsa is a joke. It's pretty much ONLY stewed tomatoes. No cilantro, no onion nothing.

Our server came to the table and took our drink order. After returning we placed our orders. He was trying to convince me something else on the menu was what I wanted. I had to point to what I wanted on the menu. Chili verde with pork and rice and beans. My fiance ordered fajitas over rice.

Food got to the table and presentation on plates looked as of it was just slopped on the plates.

My chili verde had more fat then actual meat. Also growing up from Mexican culture this was the worst ever. Never have I ever seen cloves in chili verde. There was several of them on my plate. Let's just say my dog is eating good to night. The rice was crusty like it had been sitting all day and the beans tasted as if they were straight from the can.

My fiancé said everything in his plate was bland. No seasoning on his Carne asada meat or his extra chicken he ordered. Barely any rice for his plate.

We had to flag our server down for drink refills. Even though he kept passing our table.

Then we had to wait for the check, finally we just went to the register and they had to flag the server for our check.

Over all they have signs on the wall if you order it you pay for it "read the menu" and the best sign of all is on the front door "pay cash for better price" They added about $10 to our check for using debit card for not having cash.

Sorry but never coming here again! Then to see that they have a 3.7 rating we would have never even entered the door. We came here because a coworker of my fiancé said it was...

We came through this area after a trip. We are not locals and in any situation the customer is always right, and should be accommodated as such. First off our waiter was rude and did not have any patience for us ordered because we are not familiar with it. We ordered for 10 people, my order was not what I expected. I ordered the three amigos assuming it was similar to something Ive had back home, I told the manager so ordered the wrong thing and would like it to be changed or taken back and I just wont get anything. He told me it came that way and I would still need to pay for it regardless, which that was no problem but I should of at least been able to change my order to something different being I wasn’t familiar with the menu, so he cut the steak up but it was still not satisfying because I ordered the wrong thing. Not to mention my niece order was burnt they took it back to the kitchen and it was still burnt when they brought it back, she said she wasn’t paying for it because it’s burnt and he said she will still have to pay for it. Our experience was not good at all and I will never ever return here! The customer is always right, we were nice and not once got out of character with the waiter or manager and was treated horribly not getting what we wanted which is what we were paying for. The waiter was slamming our plates down and just all around rude to us and spoke in...

I decided to give this resturant a chance, even though the reviews show otherwise.

Pros

Our server was very nice.

Cons

They only had one server for the entire restaurant!! It was busy and she had to keep running off. I can't fault her for this, it's the owners fault.

The worst; why I'm never returning again!

Their margarita menu has no prices.

They have a M3 margarita with Jose Cuervo and grand Marnier. I asked the server if I could substitute Jose for Patron. The Margarita tasted like straight sugar and I had to add an extra shot.

When we got the bill, they charged $12.50!!! for cheap Jose Cuervo gold tequila. That isn't even 100 percent agave. I can buy an entire bottle of Jose for $12.50.

My one drink cost me a total of $24.00 ?!?! at a cheap Mexican resturant! Are you kidding me?! I'm posting the receipt to prove my feedback

$12.50 for the margarita, $3.00 for the upcharge of Patron and $8 50 for the shot to level off all the sugar.

Again, no price list for the Margaritas and they have paper signs everywhere saying if you order something and don't like it, you still have to pay. Correction, thst is illegal. In the food industry, if you find the food inedible (health wise) after ordering it, you do not have to pay for the dish if you didn't eat it

The food isn't that great eithet.

I will never ever...

Jalisco is a “new” area restaurant but being operated by the previous area owners of the Yucatán which was a very tasty and successful restaurant. In this new location they have more space, more seating, new very colorful booths, tables, and chairs, and well located big screens to watch the latest games. The dinner food was great as expected - I had the “Monster Burritto” with beef - it was gigantic! The burrito was only $10.95 and it was full of meat, peppers, and onions and was about 10” X 4” X2” and I took half of it home as it was so much. My wife had her favorite mushroom cassedea and she said it was from fresh mushrooms and very tasty. My father-in-law had a combo dinner with shrimp and margueritas wth extra salt. He said the margueritas (both of them) were great and he should know as he is 90 years old! They have an extensive menu of food and drinks, a pleasant and efficient staff, a clean and upbeat environment. Plenty of parking, and located easy off and easy on I-95 - highly recommended.

I ordered takeout for my husband and I because we were parked across the street. I was greeted when I walked in, my order was taken very quickly, paid the bill and was told 15-20 minutes. I walked in 15 minutes later and my order was ready. I got the Seafood Platter (F6). It was fish, shrimp, scallops with vegetables, rice, beans and tortillas. My husband got the Burritos Deluxe (E46). It was two kinds of beef burritos with a nice sauce over everything. He loved his and finished them quickly. I finished mine a bit more slowly but it was very good!!! I can't speak for the service as I ordered takeout, but there was a "Karen" type that came out while I was waiting and complained about everything. I have a feeling that she does that everywhere tho. Lol. Give this place a try!! You won't be disappointed!!!
