Sweet Treats Ice Cream Shoppe — Restaurant in Manning

Very rude people. I was on the phone with my daughter who was crying for me while her aunt was taking her for ice cream and clearly heard the lady working said “oh my gosh” multiple times like my daughters crying was annoying her. My five year old came home in tears because the lady was “not nice”. She said the lady rather than helping her choose ice cream said “look at the board”. When a five year old can hardly read, that’s very hard to do. My five year old had gone behind the counter twice: one to look at the ice cream like all big ice cream shops have and I heard her clearly scold her for being behind there. That’s fine she was in the wrong but a nicer manner would have sufficed. The second time she had gone behind the counter, my five year old said she was going to give her a hug and then got scolded again. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Holy cow if I could give this place zero stars I would. As soon as we walked in we tried to make small talk about their products and the lady working the counter came back with one word responses. My 3 year old niece and my 7 year old daughter were looking at the TV with their menu items and my niece placed her hand on the remote and a second lady snapped at her. Then they have maps with pins on the wall and there is one that at the time of our visit had a random pin so my son thought it was one that could be placed at our own place of origin, we also got yelled at for that.
