My family and I have been loyal customers every Sunday during the summer for years. The kids who work here are always very nice and give great customer service. Unfortunately, today was very different. The man who claimed to be the owner was rude, dismissive, and even cursed at us when we asked for a proper sample. We walked out without buying anything. After years of support, I can honestly say we will never be back. Your loss, dude.
Edit: 08/25/25 Wow. Instead of taking responsibility, you double down by arguing with customers online? That says it all.
Yes, we’ve been coming every Sunday for years — maybe you don’t recognize us because you’re too busy being rude instead of serving people. Samples are meant to help customers decide. If you think a crumb is enough, that’s your choice, but cursing at loyal customers who simply asked for a fair taste is unacceptable.
Businesses grow by listening, not insulting. You’ve shown exactly why we won’t be back — and why others reading this should think twice, too. Your loss, not ours.
Instead of handling a simple concern about a sample size professionally, you chose to be dismissive, rude, and even curse at us — and you did it loudly, in front of other customers. It wasn’t just disrespectful, it was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. And here you are, still arguing with a paying customer instead of taking responsibility.
Sir, I didn’t need to taste more than a 1/2 tsp. What you gave was immeasurable more like 1/8 of a teaspoon. Was that worth 2 double scoops last night and a lifetime of patronage?
Samples may be a courtesy, but basic respect in customer service is not optional — especially from someone representing the business. After years of support, one encounter with your arrogance erased all of that.
Businesses don’t survive on free tastes; they survive on repeat customers. Sadly, you just lost ours permanently.

Read moreThe ice cream itself was okay, a bit overpriced but to be expected for the pricing in the area.
HOWEVER, the customer service was very poor, and although this ice cream shop is down the road from me I’ll probably not be coming back here again. My husband and sisters came in, a group of young black people, and we weren’t really greeted. We were looked at as if we were going to steal, and overall didn’t really get a welcoming feel.
As a small business that seems to be owned my minorities, everyone working inside was Asian, it’s rather unfortunate that they would treat fellow minorities like that.
Overall, we not recommend for black people or other minorities to support this...
Read moreThis place is WOEFULLY understaffed. I come here pretty often to fuel my bubble tea addiction, and I've only ever seen the same three kids working here. Usually there's only one person here at a time. It's a shame, because their drinks and ice cream are really good, and the kids work as fast as they can, but there's only so much they can do when there's a long line. They mess up my order about 50% of the time but I don't even want to complain because I feel so...
