Gilbert's Food and Beer — Restaurant in Mansfield

My customer experience was very bad. I went to the store to refill my 5 gal as I was very happy to have found a refill machine in the area. But the machine was not working when I pressed the 5gal. I went inside and I asked the man at the counter for help first he was on his phone and looked up and said the machine was not there’s. I said well than why do you guys have it out there if you can’t help your customers with it. All he went onto to say is theres a number on there to call. Not even an effort to go outside or take a look btw I’m 5 months pregnant. I told him you guys shouldn’t have it out there then if you can’t help your customer with it. I don’t know what contract they have with Primo water but I am pretty sure they pay them to have the machine out there. If the machine is not working it’s not my job to call it’s the people who are advertising it to the public at their store. Or at least get off your phone to TRY and help me. Thats like when you go to a store and use a vending machine that’s not working and they tell you to call customer service and tell them it’s not working ummm I’m sure that’s the stores...

The food is OK Not the greatest, as some of these reviews suggest. would be a pretty decent place. If they took a little pride in cleaning up the place and maybe organizing, it’s a giant turn off to walk into a place like this and it just looks like trash. I’m not sure how your reply is supposed to be encouraging. With the number of years of neglect, this place is received.
