Moo-ville Creamery in Nashville, MI is an absolute gem for families and ice cream lovers alike. Our visit was outstanding from start to finish. The petting zoo is a highlight—kids and adults can interact with over 40 friendly farm animals, while the giant sandbox and playground add extra fun for young visitors. Animal lovers will appreciate the clear care Moo-ville gives their livestock—truly happy and healthy animals make for a welcoming, wholesome environment. Of course, the ice cream is the star, with over 80 flavors all made right on the farm from their own cows’ milk. Every scoop is creamy, fresh, and delicious—we tried Sea Salt Caramel and Honey Lavender, and both were incredible. Prices are very reasonable, and you can even buy tubs to enjoy at home. The variety is unmatched, with something for everyone (including those with milk sensitivities, thanks to their a2a2 milk). The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure every guest has a great experience. Whether you want to explore the farm, pick up local dairy products, or just relax with a cone in the countryside, Moo-ville Creamery offers exceptional service and old-fashioned fun. Highly recommended for a...
Read moreLately it has been a challenge to find affordable family activities our kids will enjoy. This place was a hit with the kids and still didn't hit my wallet.
Kids loved the animals and playground. I think including tip it cost $15 for two kid cones and 2 shakes. I bought a few things from the shop also but still spent just under $40 for the entire visit. We stayed about 2 hours.
We drove about an hour but well worth it we will be back.
I won't deduct any stars because it really is a great place and they really set this place up well. I really think that it takes someone who understands the pure heart and soul of a child to really nail it and mooville did...... but......... if I could suggest an order number ticket system at the ice cream counter and a more organized line. When it gets busy it is hard to make sense of what is happening or where your order is and there are a lot of people waiting sort of all over the place....I'm sure it could be a bit less chaotic I felt rushed to make my selections and didn't really get to see all the options.
Loved it here and will definitely be...
Read moreAlthough I was very excited to find a grass fed, cruelty free, dairy farm, the reality was not what I had hoped to find. First, I called ahead to find out if they had veal cages and was told they didn't, but they had several calves in veal enclosures outside the milking barn. Second, the website says their cows are allowed to be in a field unless being milked, however they were in a milking barn and I didn't see any cattle in any fields. The cows did look healthy, and there was sand made available for them to lay on, and I did like that aspect but I was hoping to see happy cattle in fields. Lastly, in the petting zoo there was a donkey with some wounds on his legs from being eaten by biting flies. That was enough for me, I was upset and I left after calling the farm to let them know about the donkey. They said the owner was coming down to check on the donkey, but I was with a child and couldn't wait. This was not the experience I hoped for. I would love to hear from them to see if they have an...
