Trovato at Hidden River — Restaurant in Maple River Township

We were looking for a good restaurant that was kid friendly nearby. Travato fit the bill!

The food was excellent! Two of us had Prawns Scampi. We were both so pleased with the meal! One of us is gluten and dairy free and the staff was very accommodating! One of us had spaghetti and this little person loved it! The fourth person had gnocchi that was excellent! We had 3 apps that were great too!

Jason, our server, was excellent; very attentive and worked with our food sensitivities so that we’d have a great meal.

Wonderful food, superior wait staff, and great view! Six of us ordered different dishes and every one was quite delicious. Highlights were the mixed meats meatballs, the short ribs, and the diver scallops risotto. Our waitress, Ruth, was attentive, made on-target wine recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The view to the golf course and river was lovely and we arrive around 5 PM to have drinks outside around the electronic fire pit. Our group of six had an exceptional dining experience tonight at Trovato at Hidden River. This is a beautiful restaurant nestled on the grounds of a golf and casting club that provides such a picturesque setting. Our server, Ruth, made great food and beverage suggestions. She was fun and professional and positively affected our dining experience. I ordered the Wagyu Short Rib and it was delicious. Everyone raved about their meal! The Caesar Salad was a favorite.
