First time here even though I’ve lived near Renner forever. Ordered pickle chips as an appetizer and the wing special for sundays is 75 cents a wing for boneless AND TRADITIONAL. The pickle chips were great, breading to pickle ratio was on point and the ranch works well with them. Onto the wings….these are a top tier traditional wing for sure. Especially when it was around 13 bucks for 18 wings. Very juicy and the Garlic Parmesan sauce was well balanced. The kids chicken strip meal was a very large portion and my son couldn’t finish it, we were offered a sample of a new appetizer which was a dough, beef stick and cream sauce and it’s was good but the sauce wasn’t for me (I don’t like chunks of raw onion) but I bet someone will really enjoy it. All together it was a great experience and we will for sure be going back for more of their wings and so my son can make “moo” sounds at the Buffalo on the wall

Employee to customer focused with interaction specific activities (dice board) and attentive staff. Food came out before I finished my beer which is an unofficial timer anywhere you go. Observed staff using great food safety practices and understanding of dietary needs. Goober burger was great, was apprehensive about putting my own peanut butter on but considering allergens being limited in the kitchen it's a good call. Observed teamwork in the kitchen from best I could tell. Definitely stop here if you're staying north side of town to avoid downtown parking nightmares

Had great food and beer was cold!! My husband had Yak burger. I had fish. Both good. Loved the habenaro cheese curds. Was there for Shift change and both bartenders were awesome and shared a lot about Renner meats and family. Also gave us a sample of their beef jerky. Went next store and bought jerky and pork chops. Great find. Can't remember where she told us Yak was from. Highly recommended. We are from New Jersey. Would hang out there if we lived there.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! We made a reservation earlier in the week for 5:30 Saturday evening as is was a good central location for our family to meet. We needed to eat before a concert, which is why we made the reservation to ensure we had a nice place to eat for my parents Christmas gift. They told us which table we had before we came (as my parents are older and can not sit at a high top, so needed to ensure we had room for us at the right height table). Everything sounded good when the reservation was made. We came 15 min early. We were told someone was seated at our table... they had paid so it shouldn't be much longer. No problem.. right? They never told the table they had a reservation for that table at 5:30. They never told them to move out as they kept chatting. A couple of them went over to play the deer hunting game. We could tell they were not planning to leave for a while. We were asked if we could split up and sit at high top tables. (We can't do that with my parents) We waited until almost 6 and nothing happened. They had other tables reserved that they wouldn't let people sit at... so why was ours any different?? Why didn't they tell them it was reserved and they could serve them as long as they were out before 5:30?? (They did NOT have a reservation). The waitress apologized for them being so busy and not having a table since they filled up quickly. Well... we made a RESERVATION. We should have had the right to a table instead of the people that show up that night without one. Why take a reservation if you will not honor it? I honestly can't believe they let us walk out with our money in our hand, while they let others who were in our spot and had already paid just continue to sit. Bad Business!! This destroyed our meal plans as, of course, everywhere else was already busy. (We ate at Subway...😒) Way to ruin our Christmas present (which was a nice meal with my sisters and parents then go to see Reba). We will...

I ordered two of the noon specials today to go. When I arrived to pick up my order I didn’t recognize any of the employees I became familiar with over the years. I order the noon specials to go religiously but have been out of town so it has been 3-4 weeks since I was last there. Today I ordered extra chicken for the safari bowls like I always do. When I picked them up I was told I can’t do that because it was a special. I asked why I couldn’t add extra chicken like I always do since I would pay extra for it. I was told they couldn’t do that. I was then told that everyone working there was new and that they were “struggling with the system”. I then just paid for my order and left. When I got home and opened the bag there were no napkins or silverware like I asked for. The food was in a different container and had leaked in the bag. The food was not hot, not cold, but room temperature. Also, the amount of food was drastically less than previously. The safari bowls had 4 pieces of chicken, one small scoop of potatoes, half a scoop of corn and some gravy. If you combined the two it would be the size it used to be. I probably didn’t need to add extra chicken previously, but it was really good. Now I would need to add extra chicken just to get close to the previous amount….but I can’t because the new staff can’t figure that out. Also, the food was not nearly as good, potatoes tasted different along with gravy. Our family ate supper at Safari a couple months ago and we had burgers for the burger contest and they were incredible. We are still talking about the sauce. I don’t know what happened to one of my favorite places to eat. Hope they figure things out before disappointing more of their...

First visit here was great food was good and service was great. The second time I went there (July 29, 2017) the server came to our table while my girlfriend was in the bathroom and was terribly miserable. Did not even say hi, I asked how she was doing she said fine and seemed to force herself to ask me what I wanted to drink. Took our drink order said I'll be back. So we waited, and waited, then notice she was serving drinks to a table that came in a few minutes after us. Then started to take an order from another table. Still haven't seen our drinks. I have never got up and walked out of any restaurant until tonight. This particular server just seemed to have it out for me. Maybe mistaken identity? I don't know but this place seemed to have friendly people working there I just don't appreciate this particular server attitude or service. So my girlfriend and I decided to go somewhere else. Didn't even get her name. So I'm sorry about that to those who read this but the odds are you won't have this same experience. It is a decent...
