Original Italian Pizza — Restaurant in Mapleton

Years ago I was with some elderly friends and they ordered us all a square pizza to share,, it was my first ever time eating from here or having a square pizza and it was delicious!!! So since being back in the area, I have recently started ordering from here again as delivery is FAST!! I stopped by one evening for pickup and got to see the place in action!! I was pleased with the social environment/ atmosphere they had going on with the customers and one another. The staff was very busy, however remained kind to one another while carrying conversations with each other and customers. The pizza is good here, I tried the cheesesteak and it was great too!! The only reason I give 4 stars is I did order the cheesy bread one time and they were out, so she suggested garlic bread with cheese. I agreed to give it a try, however when it arrived I wasn't impressed with it at all. I will still go back for the pizza, cheesesteaks and most of all...the wonderful environment the...

I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni half cheese upon delivery the pizza was wrong. I called in immediately. I was told that they could replace the pizza next time I called. That was today. I called in for it to be replaced and was told I could not have it replaced by delivery, which was the original method of the pizza they incorrectly made, unless I paid a $15 delivery fee or order. I already paid for this pizza and tipped the driver. I’m absolutely going to have a charge back issued to my card!! Unacceptable. Horrible customer service as we as honoring their commitment to correct...

The waitress was very nice, her service was good. BUT..That place is in desperate need of a good cleaning, maybe the dreary wall color is to try to hide the fact the floors need a deep scrubbing. The salt and garlic shakers were so tacky I cringed when I touched them. The breaded cauliflower I got wasn't cooked long enough, I should of sent it back, but didn't I did however send my Stromboli back when I cut it and saw the cheese wasn't even melted. Will not eat there again...
